What are your favorite TV couples? Everybody has them, feel free to mention your least favorite too.
Favorites
1. Michael Scofield & Sara Tancredi, Prison Break - OK, keep in mind I just watched the first season of this show and I'm about to start watching the second season. But I already love this couple, they're not as forced as some other TV shows have their couples. They didn't just fall in love automatically, but it is built up slowly (like an actual relationship). Though...this is a show for guys. I'm a guy. I want to see them consummate their relationship. Like...the show is all guys. It'd be nice to see some female flesh.
2. Spike/Buffy Summers, Buffy the Vampire Slayers - There's just so much wrong with this relationship it's so right. From the sex addiction in season six to the loving relationship in season seven. I don't even have to mention the last scene between the two of them.
3. Peter Bishop/Olivia Dunham, Fringe - Talk about sexual tension.
Least Favorite Couples
1. Xander Harris/Willow Rosenberg, Buffy the Vampire Slayer - The two of them were just so awkward when they were together...didn't really work.
2. Kennedy/Willow Rosenberg, Buffy the Vampire Slayer - They were actually supposed to bring Tara back in an episode of season seven but the actress was busy. So we got this as a result.

I don't think they were ever really were a couple. They just made out a couple of times. I actually would have liked to seen them become the real deal.
Grey's Anatomy is a big offender here. They have: 1. George and Izzie as a couple. Seriously? Boring, unfunny, no romantic chemistry, breaking up a perfectly fine marriage, izzie's confession to george in the season 3 finale, her elevator scene, a waste of time and a waste of the actors talent.
2. Lexie and Mark. It's not that they don't have chemistry, it's just that the Lexie character is extremely uninteresting and I would rather see her have trouble interning than breaking mark's penis.
3. Meredith and Derek during season 3 and 4. It was pretty clear that the show was just giving them drama to do the will they/won't they thing.
4. Karev and Ava/Rebecca during season 4. Sometimes it's dramatically richer to never see someone that walked away than to revisit them in a contrived way that makes you bored/hate one of the characters. This is only slightly redeemable because the suicide attempt gave heigl some nice scenes and allowed Ellen Pompeo to prove that she can bring depth to her character.
Best of Grey's:
1. Addison and any of them(and even some of the women) - Walsh has so much chemistry with the entire cast. Derek and her were interesting. Mark and Addison were thrilling and insatiable. Her hookup with Karev was fun and perfect for her character. She just works with anyone on the show.
2. Sara Ramirez and George before the drama. They just worked, and it was believable. They are very different (he's quiet she's load and crazy) which made their compatibility seem real.
3. The Chief and His women. Mainly because Loretta Devine is great and they are always fun together and make people of a certain age in a relationship interesting. And the ramifications and few scenes Pickens had with Burton reverberated and had a lot of impact.
4. Christina and hunt or Burke. I like that she has an older man type, and her attractions seem the most consistent. It's also good that she's out of the date everyone else loop that all the other characters are in. Oh has chemistry with both of these actors, and you want to root for them.
Chandler Bing and Monica Gellar Bing, "Friends" Paul and Jamie Buchman, "Mad About You" Charlie Salinger and Kirsten Bennett, "Party of Five" Coach and Tami Taylor, "Friday Night Lights" Ephram Brown and Amy Abbott, "Everwood" Matt Saracen and Julie Taylor, "Friday Night Lights" Ben Covington and Felicity Porter, "Felicity" Bree Van de Kamp and Rex Van de Kamp, "Desperate Housewives" Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass, "Gossip Girl" Dr. John Carter and Abby Lockhart, "ER"
Least Favorites: Ross Gellar and Rachel Greene, "Friends" Meredith Grey and Derek Shephard, "Grey's Anatomy" Cristina and Burke, "Grey's Anatomy" Izzie and Alex, "Grey's Anatomy" George and Izzie, "Grey's Anatomy" Jack Malone and Sam Spade, "Without a Trace" Susan Meyer and Mike Delfino, "Desperate Housewives" Sookie Stockhouse and Bill Compton, "True Blood"
For Your Oscar Consideration: Charlotte Gainsbourg, "Antichrist" - Best Actress in a Leading Role Sharlto Copley, "District 9" - Best Actor in a Leading Role Christoph Waltz, "Inglourious Basterds" - Best Actor in a Supporting Role
"Inglourious Basterds" - Best Picture, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Original Screenplay, Best Costume Design, Best Art Direction "District 9" - Best Editing, Best Visual Effects "God Bless Us Everyone", A Christmas Carol - Best Original Song

Because she was so pretty. Duh.
For me they were the perfect example of a 90's neurotic New York couple. Sorta Woody and Diane with a laughtrack. I liked them.
Congrats Kristen! All the PD haters can (SPOILER ALERT) Suck it!
I would do Daytime Couples and couples of all-time, but that would take as much time as it took Chekhov to write Uncle Vanya.
FAVORITES: Jim & Pam- The Office (mainly Pam...Pam would make a great wife) Booth & Bones/Temperance- Bones (see Bones jump the shark this spring on Fox) Don & Betty- Mad Men
LEAST FAVORITES: I cant think of any...
