The pilot leaked on BitTorrent a few days ago, as discussed in the new pilots and screeners thread.

Adapted from ABC's show description press release:
What would you do if you were given a glimpse of the future? Would you accept what you saw and live life to its fullest, or would you do everything in your power to change your destiny? When the world's population is given a glimpse of their future, it forces everyone to come to grips with whether their destinies can be fulfilled or avoided, in ABC's exciting new drama, FlashForward. Knowing their fate will alter each person's life in one way or another and poses the questions: Can destiny be changed? And by changing just one destiny, what effect would that have on those of others?
FlashForward stars Joseph Fiennes (Shakespeare in Love) as Mark Benford, John Cho (Star Trek, Harold & Kumar) as Demetri Noh, Courtney B. Vance (Law & Order: Criminal Intent) as Stanford Wedeck, Christine Woods as Janis Hawk, Sonya Walger (Lost) as Olivia Benford, Zachary Knighton as Bryce Varley, Brían F. O'Byrne (The International) as Aaron Stark, Peyton List as Nicole Kirby, Jack Davenport (Swingtown, Pirates of the Caribbean) as Lloyd Simcoe and Dominic Monaghan (Lost) as Simon. The series executive producers are David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight), Brannon Braga (24, Star Trek), Marc Guggenheim (Brothers & Sisters, Eli Stone) and Jessika Borsiczky (Revelations).
Will you be watching or have you already?

The download is not of the greatest picture quality, as it is in fullscreen and a bit pixelated, but it is definitely watchable.
I did not have high hopes for FlashForward, as I saw it as just another in the long list of Lost rip-offs and attempts by ABC to find the next Lost, but the pilot pleasantly surprised me. This show can stand on its own and the similarities to Lost go a bit dry in the second half of the episode. In contrast, the first half is reminiscent of Lost and includes a scene with an explosion followed by the main character walking through people screaming amonst wreckage. Overall, the show is quite good, but it is nowhere near the excellence of the Lost pilot—I would even call Glee a better pilot this year. The episode drags at time and begins with eight minutes of character set-up before getting to any action. ABC is wise to remove that first commercial break. The episode slows down in the middle as well, as for around twenty-five minutes, the characters just talk about what happened and watch news reports about the incident. The exposition discussed by the main characters in this time generally does not feel lazy because the questions that the characters ask and the conclusions that they draw are realistic. Having said that, the dialogue of the extras is heavy-handed: at one point, a group of extras are watching a news channel that reports that the whole world has been affected and one of them says, "My god, it's the whole world." Yes, we know. I have to go, so this post is jumbled and I will finish by saying that FlashForward looks to be one of the best new shows of the season.
"No More Good Days" Series Premiere Episode 1 Airs Thursday, September 24 at 9:00/8c Written by David S. Goyer & Brannon Braga Directed by David S. Goyer Guest starring Genevieve Cortese, Alex Kingston, Seth MacFarlane
It's just another normal day in Los Angeles when suddenly, and without warning, every person on Earth blacks out for two minutes and seventeen seconds and sees a series of events from their own future, taking place on April 29, 2010 at 10:00 p.m., Pacific Time. For some the future will be joyous and hopeful; for others, shockingly unexpected; and for a few, it simply doesn't seem to exist. Everyone in the world will eventually begin chronicling what they saw in their flashforwards on a worldwide website—the Mosaic Collective—that will further draw people together. And some of the flashforwards just might help FBI agent Mark Benford and his colleagues piece together the cause of the blackout.
I really liked it. Best pilot of the season so far. The previews for future episodes look really good. I feel like this has a chance to be like Heroes in 2007.
Very, very intriguing, though it didn't blow my mind as much as it was trying very hard to do. Unlike the "Lost" pilot, which was all about the life-and-death urgency of the plane crash and survival, this one, after an action-packed interlude following the blackout, gets stuck in some hokey exposition where everybody tries to put the pieces together. A little too much mythology upfront, but I'm intrigued. Future episodes will need to demonstrate a stronger character focus and unravel this mystery slowly. But creatively speaking I'm optimistic. Here's hoping the ratings give me reason to be.
Grade: B-
"A movie is not good because it arrives at conclusions you share, or bad because it does not. A movie is not about what it is about. It is about how it is about it: about the way it considers its subject matter, and about how its real subject may be quite different from the one it seems to provide." - Roger Ebert, from the introduction to "Awake in the Dark" (2006)
BTW, did anyone else notice the Oceanic Airlines poster in the background when John Cho and Joseph Fiennes were on their stakeout early in the episode?

Not really, I mean she isn't a large girl, so at 17 weeks, she would be about that size, there really isn't a set size that she would be, but really it just depends on the woman.
My website and blog are taking a little break, since Geocities is closing and I now have to upload everything to a new site, so I am working on a new design and it is gonna take me a while, hoping to get it up by Oscar Season.
I got entertain with this show. Enjoyed it a lot let's see if it gets better. It has a lot of potential so I hope they do a good job with it. Although I kind of laugh when that woman saw that man moving, the video was so samll and she saw it. But is tv we can't get so hung up with this kind of stuff. It is just for enjoyment.

Well, if she is trained for that kind of stuff, she would be able to see it. Just saying.

Yeah the pilot was very interesting and really peaked my curiosity as to what could happen. I wouldn't rate the episde as a "fantastic" premier or that would really hold up on its own. However, I think it did a nice job of setting up the series in the time it was given. Yeah I think people should/would have been more shaken up by what occured then what we saw, but I gather they were trying to get past that for the sake of moving the story along. The possibilties of where this show could go seem great...now we just have to see if it does
