The Ellis nomination is a possibility if HBO pushes the show hard enough. However, I don't think Lynch has a chance at all. Her show is simply invisible. I don't think enough voters will have heard of her show or will have seen her performances in order to nominate her. She's not a big enough star to get in on name recognition alone.
FYC: "Up" for Best Picture and Kathryn Bigelow for Best Director
Drama Supporting Actor: Nelsan Ellis - True Blood Comedy Supporting Actress: Jane Lynch - Party Down

I think Jane Lynch has a better chance of getting nominated in Guest Actress - Comedy for Two and a Half Men. But her chances in that category aren't very big either.
For Your Grammy Consideration: Kristin Chenoweth - in all eligible categories
Drama Supporting Actor: Nelsan Ellis - True Blood Comedy Supporting Actress: Jane Lynch - Party Down

She made the top ten last year, so as long as she has a tape with some screentime and laughs she should be fine since I think the guest categories will still go by the panel.
I think Lynch would have a better chance at a nom in supporting actress if there was a panel.

That's a good one. I'll add to that with 24 being snubbed in all major categories with the exception of series.

I don't wanna say I hope not, but I kinda hope not. I never got the praise/buzz around him. I don't think anything he's done on the show would make him competative in the Drama category either. I'd much prefer Ryan Kwanten to be the suprise nominee from True Blood. But that's me.
I don't think Moyer has a chance either.

i agree....i think Ryan has a better shot...if this was film Moyer would have a great shot (cause you know the academy LOVES THE BRITS) but on TV, the Aussie Ryan might get it cause his character truly has the best - in the supporting....also Anna Paquin would be a surprise just like at the Globes....but the voting tally for the Globes is a wee bit less rigorous than the Emmy voting tally....while i love the show, maybe a couple of technical emmys and Anna is all i can see really happening....UNLESS everyone watches Ryan in the Law & Order: SVU episode as a guest-star opposite Mariska Hargitay and he gets voted in that category....now wouldn't that melt your boots?@$?$@?@?$

I'm really thinking this is a possibility
