If Drew and Jessica do any justice to the amazing and haunting documentary that Grey Gardens was, then they both deserve to be nominated....but Drew should giveway to Jessica and enter into supporting as the story was so brilliantly depicted in the real-time doc....

Actually, if anyone's going supporting it's Jessica. Drew is definietely going leading. I think that with Jessica supporting actress is sewn up. Oh, that's the same placement as in the Tonys.
Drew seems to be the focus on the trailers and I have to say...it looks like she gives the performance of her life. Shame it's not being released to theaters, this may have been her moment for an Oscar nom.

Do you really think Moss & Jones will both go lead for Mad Men?
I unfortunately see it going down like that. Moss' SAG nod prob gave her the confidence to go lead again. I could honestly see only her getting the nod, both her and Jones getting the nods or both getting shut out.
Congrats Kristen! All the PD haters can (SPOILER ALERT) Suck it!
Was Generation Kill eligible last year or is it this year for the Emmys? Was it praised enough to be yet another HBO powerhouse Miniseries at the Emmys? I really liked GK, but I'm not sure how well it was received. Any acting nominations a possibility?
As for a comment; I am suprised that a few people are predicting Ryan Kwanten to be nominated for True Blood. Pleasantly suprised but still suprised. I didn't think he had a shot but it's something seeing his name down on a few different lists.
I also think Shohreh Aghdashloo is gonna be unjustly snubbed yet again. I'd be shocked if they actually nominated her. She should be going for her fourth Emmy nomination and not her first!

Yeah, she was great in 24. What are the other three noms for?

Not enough room for everyone
FNL is an example of how you make an honest, heartfelt, modern series on American family. The acting here is exponentially better than on that other show that shall remain nameless. It's a shame that it get dissed because voters are so turned off by the southern, football angle.

Well this is just my opinion but I thought she deserved nominations for Guest spots she did a couple years back on Will & Grace and especially ER. She was astonishing in that ER guest spot. Then of course 24 and House of Saddam.
No one knows the answer to my Generation Kill questions?

No one knows the answer to my Generation Kill questions?
It will be eligible this year. Don't know if it'll receive a huge amount of nominations, but I can't see how it won't be nominated for Miniseries.
And if the FNL execs have any sense in them at all, they would submit "Underdogs" and only "Underdogs" in the Directing category. Best directed episode all season. Fact.
Also, do the Writing and Directing categories have 6 nominees now, or is that only for the Series and Acting categories? I don't remember ever hearing anything about that.

If I read the rules right, No the writing and directing will still have 5 nominees. Only series and series acting categories will have 6 nominees.
For Your Grammy Consideration: Kristin Chenoweth - in all eligible categories
