The CW should just go back to the old school WB mold, that's why Vampire Diaries is doing so well. They should bring back past creators like Ryan Murphy and Darren Star or Joss Whedon to produce some shows and pitch ideas.
Not a surprise. But, actually, the first two episodes were better than the first two eps of "Melrose Place." Casting was solid, lots of good eye candy.
Might have been a better idea to banish it to Sundays to at least burn off what was already produced. Couldn't have been more than 6-8 episodes, unless they got an early start.

The CW does not nationally program Sundays anymore, like how they do not program the 10:00 hour.

Man, you're really keeping me honest tonight. In any event, the idea still holds: Send the remaining episodes to another night, work something out to air it on Sunday if you must, do something to recoup at least some of your investment.

I think Fox will work hard to make sure Fringe is a success. After a few weeks in its current timeslot they'll probably move it somewhere safer where it can reclaim some of its audience from last year.
And, once AI comes back they'll provide it with a nice Lead-in.

I agree that Fox will fight for it, which is why I put it as the final cancellation of the year. Fox already has three shows (Glee, Human Target and Past Life scheduled to lead-out of American Idol and Fringe has already had a chance there, so I doubt that they are going to give it another chance. I think that Fox will sooner move House back there, which has also had a chance, but proven that it can soar as its lead-out and is having a hard time building new shows behind it, anyway.

My money is on Brothers, starring Michael Strahan...
Yes, what show will be the next to go...
that's a solid prediction.
I caught a few minutes of it the other night. It's an easy target for cancellation. I doubt it'll make it past 3 episodes. C'mon, CCH Pounder. You can do ALOT better.

I bet in 2-3 years they won't be programming Friday nights anymore (they honestly should have stopped when they got rid of Smackdown). LOL what a mess of a network
The Good Wife isn't going anywhere, it did great in the ratings and the show is really good.
My website and blog are taking a little break, since Geocities is closing and I now have to upload everything to a new site, so I am working on a new design and it is gonna take me a while, hoping to get it up by Oscar Season.
