"bump" ing is what you do when you want to drive a thread to the top of the stack for some reason (you want to comment later, or you just don't want it to get lost). So you move it up by just "bump" ing.
For me, I do it a lot in threads like this because although I am POSTING every time I actually bump, it doesn't register (ie, go to the top) because it's just a list that's being maintained. So it counts as editing in the thread...
So, bumping it is.
Some people, like Kams (who's so much better at that than I am) will actually write WHAT she added and where, instead of bumping. Although they have the same effect.
And for the record, it's an equal amount of people who get ****ed off at people "bumping" all the time, as people who just post "updated my Lost grades on page 3". So you can't win either way...
BUMP AWAY! ;-)

Why are you bumping threads where the last post besides your own was over a year ago. Why not just put your thoughts on these shows in the what did you watch today thread?
My website and blog are taking a little break, since Geocities is closing and I now have to upload everything to a new site, so I am working on a new design and it is gonna take me a while, hoping to get it up by Oscar Season.
People, besides myself, like to go back and look at what their grades are/were for past seasons. Also, as people go back and watch past seasons, they like to see what others thought of them.
So, no, they are not really dialogue-driven threads like most, but I do believe people get value from them. I've had people ask me when I'm going to post my grades from such and such a show (from these threads). (People in other countriees who are just getting these shows, or people here who are just catching up with them.)
And I am regularly posting and updating my grades as I watch shows on them, which is why I bump them. These threads used to be stickied at the top, but were unstickied for the very reason you mention.
I think that either me or Kams or whomever bumping them as we update our grades is more fair to everyone else reading.
PS--Also note the Views on all three of these threads. This high number is not just from me and Kams bumping stuff. People actually go in and look at these and use them to assist their viewing habits.
