OK, one final chance to predict this year's Emmy Awards nominations. Keep in mind that the series, lead acting and supporting acting categories (comedy & drama) will have 6 nominees each this year. All other categories will have the traditional 5 nominees each.

Refer to the complete contenders thread at the top of this forum for the official ATAS ballot. If you don't see a name on that list, that person or show is not submitted.

Chandra Wilson (Grey's Anatomy) and Jim Parsons (Big Bang Theory) join Television Academy chair John Shaffner to announce the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards nominations on Thursday, July 16, at 5:35 a.m. PST.

January Jones is going to be snubbed. Why? Because Emmys love to make us angry.

The category is going to look like that (upchuck):
Glenn Close (because she's Glenn Close that's why)
Sally Field "Brothers & Sisters" (because she's Sally Field that's why)
Mariska Hargitay "L&O: SVU" (because voters are lazy)
Holly Hunter "Saving Grace" (because she's Holly Hunter that's why)
Anna Paquin "True Blood" (not because she's deserving or anything, but because she's a previous Oscar-winner and her show is on HBO)
Kyra Sedgwick "The Closer" (because voters are lazy)

If not Anna Paquin (but it's very doubtful!) then Elisabeth Moss because voters are thinking that she's the only leading lady on the show. Do not expect seeing January Jones on the nomination list. Do not expect it.
