And also, which categories will have a Top 10, and which are decided solely by popular vote?

If I remember correctly, last year the top 10s started to leak shortly after the ballots were due. This year, the due date is June 20th I think, so we could get some confirmations towards the end of June/beginning of July.

I know for a fact that there are top 10 lists in drama and comedy series and drama and comedy lead/supporting races. I'm not sure if there are top 10s in guest acting or not.
