I'm trying to find a video of last year's horrible Emmy monologue between the five hosts (Jeff, Ryan, Heidi, Howie, and Tom), but can't locate it anywhere. The one where they say they have "nothing."
Any help?

LOL I think there's a reason you can't find it anywhere. It was so horrible that the government mandated that it not be seen by anyone who hadn't already experienced the horror already. It's for the benefit of mankind, you see.
It has gone the way of Abu Ghraib, waterboarding, Gitmo, and other acts of torture. It was a dumb idea to begin with, but Howie Mandel made it even worse. It could have been annoying, but tolerable, without him.

I'm surprised you can't find it on youtube. Both Probst and Bergeron have talked about on talk shows how much of a trainwreck it was.
