I hope so! She is an incredible actress!
My website and blog are taking a little break, since Geocities is closing and I now have to upload everything to a new site, so I am working on a new design and it is gonna take me a while, hoping to get it up by Oscar Season.

Depends on how you look at it, I suppose. I found her character to be annoying and comes on way too strong but that is just me and I've never been a huge fan of hers.
I thought this premiere was awesome! It was hilarious, crude, raunchy and I just loved it all. The new cast members are awesome.
Kathleen Turner is gonna be amazing, I am calling it now (I hope I am right) that she is gonna get a Guest Actress nod for this!

That was a good start-off to the season. The supporting cast looks excellent -- Embeth Davidtz, Peter Gallagher, Diane Farr, Kathleen Turner, and Ed Westwick from the looks of things next week. Hank struggling to care for Becca while Karen's in New York and his new teaching gig should be good driving forces for the season, though not having Natascha McElhone around full-time will be disappointing. David Duchovny is at his best in his scenes with Natascha McElhone, and the last scene with the phone call proved that. The dinner party scenes were all great fun. Kathleen Turner looks like she's going to be a riot in this role, though her appearance now is jarring. Evan Handler and Pamela Adlon are always good for their antics, and maybe this season will give them something decent to do, b/c both of their characters kind of went off of the rails last season. I'll miss Callum Keith Rennie as Ashby the most though. He stole season 2 out from everybody, and it's sad that his character isn't around anymore and more people didn't get to see his great performance last season. Oh well. Solid start to season 3.

I thought that this was a step-up from the premiere. I liked seeing Hank's attempts at being a professor, and Ed Westwick was surprisingly good as the gay suicidal student. Kathleen Turner was ridiculously profane here, but then it was pretty funny, and she plays off of Evan Handler well. Charles and Marcy's story was weird with the rape fantasies. Becca's growing pains are interesting. Natasha McElhone's presence is missed a lot though.

I am so loving Kathleen Turner on this show. She is vulgar beyond words, BUT I LOVE IT!!! I really hope she is remembered come Emmy time.

Not a lot going on with this episode, but I do like David Duchovny's chemistry with both Embeth Davidtz (more of her character on the show is always welcome) and Diane Farr. I'm interested in seeing how Rick Springfield's storyline plays out, since a lot of has-been 80s actors/singers tried out for this role. Kathleen Turner is really vulgar here, and that's a turnoff, but at least it's a no-holds-barred type of performance that you won't see anywhere else.

I did like seeing Hank back to his old self juggling not one, not two, but three women here (and it'll only be a matter of time before all of them find out about each other somehow). Embeth Davidtz is excellent here. Diane Farr has had some good moments. The actress playing the student, not so much. Natasha McElhone's presence is sorely missed. I wish that they would get her back into CA and into Hank and Becca'a lives again for good, b/c the NY move feels contrived now with all of the phone and video calls they're doing. Kathleen Turner is still vulgar to level ten, and seeing Marcy's bloody tampon in the toilet was such a disgusting scene and made my stomach turn repeatedly. It made me not care that it looks like Charlie and Marcy might be reconciling.

I did not see last night's episode but if you are talking about the same student from the first few episodes that is Eva Amurri who is Susan Sarandon's daughter.

That was so much better than last week's episode. When they slow things down a bit and let go of the ick factor some, they can really get to some gems. Love that Karen's back, although that makes like four of Hank's women -- the student stripper, the graduate assistant, the dean's wife, and now Karen. Crazy. Kevin Corrigan was a bit much in his scenes, but his scene at the beach was a good one with David Duchovny. It's pretty funny what they're putting Marcy and Charlie through right now. Charlie can't catch a break. LoL.
