Emmy Scoop! Heidi Klum Gets in Line
Today 11:22 AM PDT by Marc Malkin

Heidi Klum may be best known for her signature statements like, “One day you’re in; the next, you are out” and “auf Wiedersehen,” but that's all about to change.

Come Emmy night, we'll be hearing the German beauty recite another one of television's most famous lines.

Over the last few weeks, Klum and a gaggle of celebs have been filmed delivering iconic television lines for a video montage to be shown during the Emmys, a rep for the awards show exclusively tells me.

While we don't want to give away who inspired Heidi’s spot, read on to find out who else we'll be seeing—and hearing—in the montage...

Other celebs featured alongside Klum will include Jeremy Piven, Kelsey Grammer and Alec Baldwin wisecracking with brother William Baldwin.

Some of the famous quotables include "You look mahvelous" from Billy Crystal's days spoofing the Fernando Lamas character on Saturday Night Live, and "Now cut that out" from Jack Benny.

And for all you Trekkies, they've even made sure to feature the Vulcan greeting, "Live long and prosper."

"The taglines are a part of a way to honor this being the 60th anniversary of the primetime Emmys, by featuring some of TV's most unforgettable classic lines from the past 60 years recited by some of entertainment's biggest stars," the rep for the awards show says.

The Emmys will be handed out Sept. 21 and telecast live on ABC from L.A.’s Nokia Theatre.

So what other notable lines could producers have picked? I have so many favorite, but two particular standouts include “Jane, you ignorant slut!” from Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtin’s Weekend Updates on SNL in the '70s and the more recent “Ay, Carumba!” from The Simpsons.

Now I wanna hear from you. What are some of your fave lines? Leave your comments below.

LOS ANGELES - The most memorable moments in television history will be revealed during the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards next month, and it's up to voters to decide which bits should take top honors.

Forty "moments" — 20 dramatic and 20 comedic — are in the running. Comedy contenders include "M-A-S-H," "Mork & Mindy," "Sex and the City" and "The Cosby Show," while "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Miami Vice," "Moonlighting" and "The Sopranos" are among the drama candidates.

The television academy and Emmy show producers came up with the competition and the contenders in honor of the 60th annual presentation of the Emmy Awards. The Emmy telecast will also feature celebrities performing some of TV's most memorable lines over the past 60 years.

"It's a perfect opportunity both to celebrate the history of television and at the same time introduce new generations to some of the medium's most important events," Emmys executive producer Ken Ehrlich said in a statement Monday.

Fans can watch clips and vote for their favorite moments online until Sept. 15.

The top five vote-getters in each category will be presented during the Emmy show on Sept. 21, and the two winning moments will be revealed just before the year's outstanding drama and comedy series are named.

Hell I'd call in sick on Emmy day if I was one of the actresses from "Desperate Housewives". (cough, cough upchuck) Emmys obviously don't respect the show or its actresses anymore when some of them are still very much deserving.

The network could still let all the stars from "Lost", "Ugly Betty", "Samantha Who", "Boston Legal", "Grey's Anatomy" go and pimp their shows. Hell they could even throw in Kate Walsh and "Private Practice".

What is ABC going to do if the Housewives don't show up? Fire them? boogie

...Not because of buzz
...Not because the nominee has 3 other Emmy noms
...Not 'cause the nominee is a writer so this would be great after the writer's strike
...Not because the nominee starred in a movie this spring.

Please view the actual tape and reward for QUALITY.

They need to get some of the LOST cast to present. It's one of the biggest shows and you never get to see most of them. They should do that with all the ensemble shows that only get to have one or two nominees. The fans would love it. I know I would. dance

Emmy Scoop: Melrose Place Reunion?
Today 2:00 PM PDT by Marc Malkin

Reunited and it feels so good.

Get ready for some of your ol' favorites to come together at the Emmys next month.

I just got word that producers are putting together cast reunions to help celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Emmy Awards...

Just two years ago, former Charlie's Angels pinups Farrah Fawcett, Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson came together for the first time at the Emmys in who knows how long to pay tribute to their show's creator, the late television maestro Aaron Spelling.

Mr. Spelling may be there in spirit again when the awards show is broadcast live on ABC from L.A.'s Nokia Theatre Sept. 21, because, I'm told, producers are hot for a reunion of the Spelling-produced Melrose Place.

But such a large cast could prove to be a planning nightmare, one source says.

Think about it: Heather Locklear and her TV lover turned real-life boyfriend Jack Wagner, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Doug Savant, Josie Bissett, Andrew Shue, Grant Show and on and on. Also in the mix could be Desperate Housewives' resident redhead Marcia Cross and Sex and the City's Kristin Davis.

Producers may also be looking at a Happy Days reunion. No doubt they'd have no problem convincing Henry Winkler, Scott Baio, Marion Ross, Tom Bosley, Erin Moran and others to take part. But will they be able to get Ron Howard to sing his Richie Cunningham cover of Fats Domino's "Blueberry Hill"?

No word on other possible get-togethers—a rep for the Emmys won't confirm or deny any such reunions are even being talked about—but I'm thinking Dynasty, Dallas, Knots Landing and, of course, the original 90210.

How about you? Any past favorites you'd like to see hit the Emmy stage? Leave your comments below.
