Summary: Megan Mullally ("Will & Grace") and Cheryl Hines ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") star as single mothers coping with juggling their kids, their careers, and the men in their lives in this ABC half-hour sitcom. The show is based on the 2007 web series of the same name, where real mothers submitted their stories of raising children, which served as inspirations for storylines in the show.

Episode Title: "It Takes a Village Idiot"

Synopsis: Rosemary discovers the special perks of being a pregnant woman and, with Horatio's help, passes herself off as one. Jane gets back into the dating pool but is afraid that she has forgotten the basics to courtship. Emily tells her pre-school son the truth about some childhood myths and learns that honesty isn't always the best policy.

I would say the ONLY shot this show has is Mullally in supporting, but that would be mostly because of name recognition at this point because the show was not that good at all. I'm not seeing that unless the show can improve leaps & bounds over the first episode. I found it mostly unfunny & Hines & her sister both annoying. I can't really see this show being around much longer, but I'll give it another week or two

In supporting? All of the ladies are leads. And she's the first-billed if I'm not mistaken. Sad to read it wasn't as good as you expected it to.

Well Hines appeared to be the main focus of last nights episode and Mullally got a "side" story so that is what I was basing it on

She got the "and" credit at the end.

She might make it in based on her name, but this show was painfully unfunny and not well done, at all. Maybe I'm just the wrong demo and I need to have kids to get the humor.

Okay, Lindsay, are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over— an analyst and a therapist. The world’s first analrapist.

They really should have just aired the web series and gotten Handler, Remini and McCarthy to reprise their roles. Because the web series was SOOOOO much better than this dribble. The web show had heart and was actually funny.

Praying The Daytime Emmys air on TV in 2010!

I've just finished it and it was okey. Some jokes were funny, some were not. Oh, and Mullally is so leading. And so is Hines and even St. Clair. I hope none of them makes category fraud and goes supporting. They're co-leads. I hope next episodes will be better, if not it's going to be cancelled.

I agree. She can sell everything and her story was quite funny too.

Episode Title: "Vacation"

Synopsis: Rosemary tries to help Jane's nanny, Horatio, and his nanny friends, by unionizing them so they get the benefits that they deserve, but ends up creating trouble. Jane takes a week's vacation off of work to spend with her baby Sophie, but it ends being more hectic than she hoped. Jason and Emily's attempt at a 'stay-cation' does not impress their children.

No one is watching it except me? I saw second episode and it was okey, but it's so getting to be cancelled. I think this is a show for mothers and only for them. Some of the jokes just didn't click with me. Of course, Megan Mullally is good, but this isn't the show that will bring her an Emmy nomination. She and Sean Hayes should go to NBC and agree to do "Will & Grace" spin-off. They need it badly. As NBC itself too.

2 episodes in, the show is okay. Megan Mullaly, Cheryl Hines, and suprisingly Horatio Sanz are really shining in their roles. I hope it gets better, cause at this point, it will be canceled soon.

Episode Title: "Bully"

Synopsis: Jane wants to be allowed to leave work early to spend more time with her kids, so she tries to make her boss and co-workers think she is an annoying bully. Meanwhile, Emily and Horatio both try to deal with bullies in their lives, and Rosemary tries to get her old band back together.

The Bully episode has yet to air here, but I think the show has its funny moments. I'm going to keep watching cuz I like it, but I agre that Megan is the only one who seems to have a shot at an Emmy nom right now. I think she'll probably be put in supporting.

Damn this show sucks..They got 3 VERY funny ladies staring on the show, and yet i didn't laugh once tonite..The little black kid who was the bully was the best thing about this show...Megan Mullay was making $600,000 an episode for the final season of Will & Grace, so we all know she dont need the money..SO why in the hell is she doing this god awful show? Is it because their might be an Actors Strike coming up and she wanted to do Any job that came her way? This is a really dumb show..

They took of Ugly Betty for this? and that new Bob Saget show looks dumb as hell too..ABC is killing Samantha Who and Ugly Betty by kepping this show and That Bob saget show on the air..Samantha Who was funny as hell tonite..Who are the idoits that is running ABC, cause he or she needs to be fired, NOW!!!
Mad
