Does anyone know what shows have won best drama/comedy and best actor and actress in the same year? 30 Rock did it last year, but have there been any others?

"Picket Fences" did it once in 1993. Best Drama Series, Lead Actor in a Drama Series for Tom Skerritt, and Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Kathy Baker.

All In The Family won Outstanding Comedy Series in 1972 and 1978, Carroll O'Connor won lead actor in 1972 and 1978 and Jean Stapleton won lead actress in 1972 and 1978.

It seems that All in the Family and Dick Van Dyke are the only ones to repeat, though 30 Rock will probably join them this year. I'm surprised that it's only been done once in drama.
