Did anybody watch the season premier? I thought it was good, but a bit contrived. I like though that Chuck is thinking about his future and that he and Sarah were making some progress. I love that Casey didn't want to kill Chuck and wanted to find a way to keep him alive.
And i just fall more and more in love with Captain Awesome every week. Ryan McPartlin is so hot.

I thought it was a fantastic premiere. You didn't need to know a whole lot of backstory for the episode, so new viewers could easily understand what the show is about.
I hope we get to see lots more of Charles Carmichael this season. LOL!

i was a bit dissapointed with this premiere... i found it boooring.
I do love this tv-show, specially when they brought Chuck back-stories... he and Bryce. That is interesting and there is a lot to do.
Most of the characters in buy-more need to leave the show.
the best part for me in this show are Chuck, Sarah and Casey (he is fun to watch), Anna and Captain Awesome. Chuck´s sister is lovely to watch... but she does nothing for the show...
I want more action, no so boring plots with the guys in buy-more... please kill the indian character or send him to hawaii with the asian guy... and take with them the dumb blond.
I find Morgan annoying but it is that sort of annoying that you like to have. But i would put him in many problems and dangers... i may be a bit sadist respect to him...
This show has a lot of diversity, but no latinos characters (we have Morgan though)

Teaching is cool, evaluating not so

I loved everything about it. I thought is all played out so perfectly. Zachary Levi is clearly enjoying himself in this role... and it's such a far cry away from his last well known role on "Less Than Perfect" where he played a horrible snob!

Levi is adorable. He should have been nommed for a Comedy Lead Actor Emmy. The premiere was fine if a bit underwhelming. I find Morgan annoying in a bad way. I wouldn't miss him if he were killed off. I like Sarah Lancaster, but the problem is that she has more chemistry with Levi than his love interest does. They should have had the actresses switch roles. This is the one show I'm most looking forward to.
The premiere was fine, it was a little less exciting than most of season 1 episodes though...but it was o.k...
I had fun, and the cast is just awesome, they all work perfectly well on the show and some of them are extremely funny.
I too think that they need to give Sarah Lancaster something to do, at least Captain Awesome has funny lines and funny moments, but Lancaster does nothing here. I would miss them both, but if they decide to move Chuck out of the appartment, it wouldn't be that bad and these characters would go. At least have them be in trouble or something...
As for the Buy More employees, I think it was cool of them to make them regulars and include them in the opening credits. They're all very very fun and funny to watch. I liked the Godfather thing a lot. But I also agree that sometimes Morgan needs to be toned down, it can get way annoying.
Also they need to go back with the Bryce thing, some of the conspiracy stuff was great for the show, not just case after case after case...
The episode was fun to watch it's nice to have the show back and I hope it stays for a long time.
This was the first episode of CHUCK that I have seen and I enjoyed it. Its definitely a very likeable series and I'm interested in checking out the rest of the season. I decided to tune in finally b/c of word of all the guest stars coming soon (Nicole Richie, Melinda Clarke, etc).
For Your Grammy Consideration: Kanye West for "Heartless" and 808's & Heartbreak Adele for "Hometown Glory" Taylor Swift for "You Belong With Me" & Fearless Maxwell for "Pretty Wings" & BLACKsummer'snight Kings of Leon for "Use Somebody" The Cast of GLEE for "Don't Stop Believin' " Mariah Carey for "Obsessed"
Really enjoyed this episode tonight. John Larroquette and Melinda Clarke were great. I just wish they hadn't ruined the ending by putting Matthew Bomer's name in the guest credits. Still not a fan of the Buy More stuff, but no show is perfect.
Okay, Lindsay, are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over— an analyst and a therapist. The world’s first analrapist.
Loved this episode. Loved the idea of Chuck having to save Sarah and Casey and i adored the performance of John Larroquette, he's always been a favorite of mine. he was used well here. I have to say i just keep falling for Ryan McPartlin as Devon, he is just too cute and i love the Devon/Ellie pairing. I was STUNNED to see Matthew Bomer show up at the end, i could have sworn that Bryce was dead again---a lot of the stuff from the end of last season confused me because it all seemed so rushed. I didn't so much care for the buy more story tonight with the new assistant manager and all that stuff. But the episode overall was great.
-Overall grade: A
Ps. too bad the ratings are so terrible, i just hope NBC has faith in this show and keeps it around a few more seasons.

This is absolutely one of the most enjoyable shows on TV right now. Unfortunately, it's not gruesome, racy, violent, or controversial and that seems to revolt viewers (same can be said for Pushing Daisies). Zach Levi is a sensational leading man, totally relatable. He's like Zach Braff, but better. Yvonne Strahovski has awesome chemistry with him, and you do care about every side character.
John Larroquette's guest work was great tonight. The twist at the end was superb. I just wish more people would catch on.
I love this show! It's so good right now. I just wish it had more viewers. I can't believe all that relentless promotion during the Olympics didn't prompt anyone to start watching the show...
I think the show outdid itself this week. This episode was completely hilarious and it was very very nicely done. And it was an ensemble show. I've said before that Captain Awesome and the sister who's name I've forgot (don't know why) don't fit on the show AT ALL, but they're scenes were great.
John Larroquette was hilarious and Melinda Clarke was awesome too.
And Zachary Levi was amazing. He deserves all he can get with this show and I have no problem if it's this episode that makes it happen. He was perfect.
episode 3 was a stunning episode! i loved the entire thing. i love how they are slowly developing the Chuck/Sarah romance and allowing it to progress in real time. I love anytime Bryce Larkin is on---and how his relationship with chuck never ceases to be complicated, yet at the same time loving, like brothers. I continue to adore Ryan McPartlin as Captain Awesome and Sarah Lancaster as Ellie (she's come a long, long way since Saved By The Bell: The New Class). I agree the buymore stories seem to be all filler and serve almost no purpose. Not sure why they are even used at all.
the ending stunned me!

I knew I recognized her from something so I imdb'd her and oh my god! I was shocked. Also the actress who plays Bobby on Raise the Bar is a Saved by the Bell New Class alum.
I love how Sarah and Chuck havent had a two episode romance. The development over time is a smart move. All actors excel on this who. Zachary Levi and Yvonne Whosawhatsy have sensational chemistry together. Love it.

Yes, you are right Natalia Cigtulaia who plays Bobbi on Raising The Bar was in fact a member of the cast of SBTB: The New Class.
Both of these ladies have worked very extensively over the last decade in TV and Movies. Lancaster has doen guest starring roles on everything from "Undressed" , to "Scrubs", and "Six Feet Under" to "What About Brian" and "7th Heaven" and Natalia has worked even more with roles on "All My Children", "CSI: miami", in the movie "Joe Dirt" and with series roles on "Pacific Palisades", "Beverly Hills, 90210", and the shortlived "Waterfront".
They've both come a long way in their careers and grown tremendously as actors.
