Favourite Independent Movie... 17 Again? He's Just Not That Into You? Inglorious Bastards? The Time Traveller's Wife? Taken?
And I love how apparently females aren't comedic as no ladies are in the "Favourite Comedic Star" category. Sandra Bullock?

This really shows the disconnect between what "the people" watch and what are the real quality shows on television. I mean re: the choices for Television Drama.

Wow. This has been one of the greatest decades for television drama. Last year had some amazing drama on television. But, these are the people's choice nominees. The relatively weak season of "House" looks like a strong contender here. I despair for the state of network drama.

The Drama Series Actress line-up is one of the most gag-acious things I've seen lately.
Hemingway once told a friend he was considering giving up writing. "But Ernest," the friend protested. "You love writing!" "No," corrected Hemingway. "I love having written."

You guys all voted though right? 'Cause I did. I know lots of stuff I voted for didn't make it but a couple things got in. At least District 9 made it.
FYC District 9 and Sharlto Copley The Hurt Locker and Jeremy Renner and Kathryn Bigelow Watchmen This Is It Christoph Waltz in Inglourious Basterds Paul Rudd in I Love You, Man
This is a good list, save for drama actress, which just stinks from one end of America to the other. Nice to see NCIS (and Mark Harmon) get recognized in the midst of its ratings rise to the primetime summit. Lost, HIMYM, Vampire Diaries, V, Glee, Cougar Town...there's a lot to write home about. Weird that the 7-time Emmy winner Amazing Race isn't in the competition category.
The bad; Heroes, PCA's? Seriously? And since you did go back to November 2008 in the eligibility period (Twilight), a tip of the hat to BSG would have been nice in Sci-Fi/Fantasy. But this is Lost's award to lose. Blake Lively? Amy Poehler? If you say so, guys.
