Sorry Nelson lol. I still want Barbara Bloom GONE, but Y&R is getting good right now. It's finally becoming must-see TV again. Take a look at this promo, it's BRILLIANT!
I agree. I hope this is the start of some house cleaning and the kick-start of some high drama. No more Restless Style type drama please - and bring back the Y&R that we know and love.
I assume this will be the real start of the Arena Bell era. Hope it can only go up from here! :-)
^^Never Mark! Killing Nikki would be horrible. I think Y&R should lay off killing off its vets for awhile. I read "Restless Style" will be successful, but at least it's getting better, with shades of old Phyllis and scheming Jack. Don't care for Lily/Cane, but Chloe adds some spice ti the dull couple. Yet, the best news is the increase time for Jess Walton. I'm loving have Jill back in all her fearless glory. Plus, when her and Brad team up to take over Jabot, that will be GOLD.
I know, I know, but it just has me excited for the show. And it's much more than just this promo. Most of the cast actually have stories now, which is good.
Great promo, but right now Y&R has been boring as all. This might make it perk up, but with the numbers across the board for every show so poor, I don't even know if it will make a difference. I thought soaps would eventually rebound, but I'm really beginning to think they will all be extinct in five years, as they are all so uneven, save OLTL, and even its brilliance hasn't helped the numbers.

Well, it looks like Sabrina is being killed off. The doctor kept saying she's going, so we know it's a woman. Victor and Victoria were both visibly upset. I don't think it'll be Nikki. I think Sabrina get's in the car with David to try and convince him to leave the Newman's alone and then the accident happens and she and the baby die. What do you all think?
Anything from what is airing now is going to be must see tv and the promo proves that so I'll be watching.

The promo looks awesome....and I think she show is really getting good, but who said 2 people were going to die as a result of the accident? Is that just assumed, or has that been confirmed?
Don't get me wrong, I like Y&R when they are actually doing something good enough to watch, but if it is indeed Nikki getting hurt and put in the hospital, why? Didn't we just have the almost death of Victoria last year, and then we had the death of Cassie a few years ago. It seems like the writers are just trying to make up for all the horrible crap they have put on for most of this year...
The promo looks good and yes most of the cast are getting story but when is Christian Le Blanc ever going to get his own story and some significant airtime instead of the one or two episodes a week he has been getting for the past year. I have been a lurker long enough to realize many on this site love to bash CLB but the man has talent and is being wasted propping Gloria.
I don't have a problem with LeBlanc taking a backseat for a while. He and the rest of the Fisher/Baldwin clan have been shoved in our faces for 2 years straight. Enough already!
In rethinking about the promo, maybe Victor made that comment about Nikki because she is at the hospital with David as he takes his last breath, which will be his deathbed confession that he killed Ji Min and Skye.
