I very rarely watch DAYS. I did tune in the other day though and watched a scene involving Leann Hunley.

I then had the thought she would be just right for the role of Liza Colby on AMC. I love Marcy Walker, but she is retired. If she returns, it will be brief, and lets face it, Liza Colby is needed on AMC.

Is her role on DAYS recurring or contract? I would hope she could jump to AMC if the opportunity arose. Do they use her at DAYS the way she should be?

Though we don't know what role Beth Ehlers will be tackling at AMC, I hope it isn't Liza. Ehlers and Walker are completely different types. The only thing they have in common is they're blondes. Ehlers isn't Liza; Hunley is.

I like Hunley, but not that much and I don't know if she could play Liza. Anna is a more campy character, while Liza is more of a by the book character.

I think Hunley would be great as Liza, actually, though I hope it doesn't happen. I really like having her on DAYS. The show hasn't been using her very much at all, but I'm holding out hope that now that Anna and Tony are married, and Thaao Penghlis just re-signed with the show, she'll be getting more material.

I really only know of her work on "Dawson's Creek" and from that i could definetly see her working as a recast for liza, though she'd never be Marcy Walker she could make the role her own and her and David Canary could have their own special brand of chemsitry together.

Hunley is only recurring on DAYS. I honestly don't see her jumping to another soap and I always assumed she didn't want a contract at this point because she has other projects she works on.
