Chris Stack's portrayal of "Michael McBain" is stellar. What a wonderful actor. Although i enjoyed Nathanial Marston's take on the character..i still found him to be a poor actor 40% of the time. This new recast in the form of Chris Stack..is a great addition to the OLTL cast. Stack has brought on more charisma and more emotional depth to the character. Something Marston lacked on occasion.

i actually agree. although i liked Marston at the time, i feel like they hit pay dirt by casting Stack, he's made the character of Michael so much more likeable than he ever was before.

ITA. I was never a fan of Marston even in his ATWT days. I find Stack to be very enjoyable. He hasnt had much to do except tiptoe around Marcie so I wish he'd get his own story or at least a bigger part of one but I do like him very much.
speaking of Al- i wish Ron could somehow fix the travesty that was killing off Gabrielle---it's a soap they must be able to fix that somehow--or at the very least get Fiona Hutchison back ASAP.. i don't care who she plays just bring her back!
Yeah i agree he's great with Kathy Brier--it's sad she'll likely be leaving the show soon--i hope they don't get rid of him when she leaves cause i'd love to see him with someone else maybe Susan Haskell's Marty or Kassie De Pavia's Blair? or perhaps with Gigi or Adrianna? Layla, anyone really.

Oh man. I would love to see him involved with Depaiva or Haskell on the show. There is just something about Kassie Depaiva's "Blair" being involved with younger guys on the show. In a word: HOT!! I find it hot!! LOL!!

i've found that Blair has really been underused lately, and i think they've kind of lost what Blair is supposed to be--she's lost her bad-girl edge---and it's time she gets it back... Maybe Blair could cheat on Todd with Michael, ****ing Marcie off in the meantime or something... But it think i'm more intriqued with the idea of Stack and Haskell together--i think they could steam things up... and it just seems like Marcie and Marty should be friends so if they establish some sort of friendship first an infidelity between Marty and Michael would have tons of impact.

i agree BWF--i hope he stays as well because i like John now for the first time in a long time. Now that he's not with Natalie he isn't as annoying to watch and i actually feel bad that John is so alone on the show---he needs a woman... bring back Evangaline ASAP!

Nah...Evangeline can stay away. She got tiring to watch her last year on the show.
I disagree- i feel like Evanagline was finally becoming enjoyable to watch her last year---they were finally fleshing her out and she has so much chemistry with Trevor St. John and David Fumero---i really liked her--definetly more than her annoying sister Layla, who imho shouldn't even be a character on the show.
