I'm go back and forth on Fath, but she did well in her scenes with Strasser today.

I enjoyed Melissa Archer on Tuesday's episode. She was pretty consistant..however "Natalie" got on my nerves a bit. Looks like she will be an outcast for awhile with the family.

Archer really is giving it her all recently and seems to be devouring the wonderful writing. Kudos!!

Uh...sorry. On their worst day the OLTL cast could never be outperformed by the Days cast. OLTL boasts one of the top 3 or 4 casts in daytime. Days is universally regarded one step up from Passionsland acting.

That's part of the problem. The DAYS cast is much maligned, which is why it's so easy for a lot of people to write them off as bad actors. It's much easier for a subtle performance to seem unimpressive when you watch it with the mindset that the actor is a bad actor. The same performance from a more highly-regarded actor would draw praise for subtlety and restraint.

I'm not saying DAYS has the best cast in daytime, but it's nowhere near as bad as people are always saying.

Just read "Tess" will take over in the next week or so and seek revenge on Natalie and Jared. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? I guess it makes sense but I'm surprised we didn't hear earlier that Tess was about to emerge.

Hopefully it is true because Bree Williamson is much better as Tess than as Jess.

Another rumor making the rounds is that Max will return with Gabrielle for the 40th anniversary episodes. Seeing Max, Gabby, Tina and Cord again would be icing on a well-baked cake.

At the moment..i agree with you. Bree plays Jess sooooo mediocre.I think Bree does better with high drama scenes.

According to upcoming spoilers Tess will unleash hell on Natalie & Jared at Nash's funeral and will mess w/Natalie's car which Viki drives causing the accident that will take Viki to "Heaven".
And I agree Bree shines as Tess so maybe these upcoming scenes will be Emmy worthy for her.

i'd love for Max to return as well as Gabby, but um, didn't Gabby get killed off by one of the many serial killers that made the rounds in the last few years? While i'd have no problem just forgetting that ever happened it would be a bit hard to explain.

If it does come to fruition, it'll be interesting to see how RC pulls it off.

The scenes between Dorian, David, Addie and Blair on today's (Wednesday) show were hilarious.

Tina is also going to reveal her real reason for returning to Llanview next week.

Loved the Blair,Addie,Dorian, and David scenes. I laughed my ass off when Blair gave David a good punch. LOL!! Addie looked adorable in her wedding gown.

Agreed, she did look adorable. I especially loved David's interaction with Dorian on Weds...and I can see why they made a great couple before. They're both so conniving.

I'm also really am hoping the Tess rumors are true. I'd really love to see Jared get his for what happened, and I was concerned there would be no repercussions for his actions.

I enjoyed Andrea Evans scenes on Thursday. Justis Bolding was also effective.Antonio and Carlotta and Talia were boring!!

I want more Susan Haskell. She was only on once so far this. I missed Tuesdays show..so not sure if she was on.

I am not sure if anyone else notices this but OLTL is using the traditional Friday cliff-hangers almost every day of the week.
Wednesday's episode had three cliff-hangers with Tina running into Jonas, John walking up the stairs and Roxie exposing Natalie and Jerod at the funeral. It truly makes you want to turn into tomorrow to find out what is happening.
The only bad part is the comming attractions gave one of the endings away. Not sure why they have to do that.

I love everything about OLTL except Sarah and Jarrod. Never been too big of a fan of Christian and Antonio, but I can take 'em or leave 'em.

I've enjoyed watching OLTL for the past like 2 weeks. I'm to the point where I don't miss it. I schedule my lunches around it, etc. If I am gone in the day no one disturbs me when it's on Soap Net. It's just like I was in the 90s with AMC (back in the recording days).

It's also been lovely seeing Catherine Hickland (Lindsay) on every day this week. Though did u notice on Monday's ep when she was in her pajamas and robe she was wearing high heels??

I'm glad they're doing more cliffhangers now (even if they do give them away with the preview). One of the bigger criticisms I had (and some other here had) was that when I watched the show, I enjoyed it, but then didn't feel compelled to tune in again the next day. Obviously there's a lot going on right now with all the big stories that are having big developments, and hopefully they can keep up the suspense when the pace slows back down.
