I am so enjoying OLTL right now. Well, except for the whole Antonia story but that will be over next week. Robin Strasser is having the time of her life and it shows. On today's show when she said Long Live the Queen...WOW!!

i think someone forgot to tell Ron that May Sweeps is over. lol. The past three episodes have been phenomenal. I have never screamed at my tv so much. It's almost impossible to watch any other soap without thinking "i wish this was as good as OLTL".
Tuesday's episode was SUBLIME!! A truly sensational and heartstopping episode. I was glued to my seat and in total amazement at the reveals of Jared,Charlie,Natalie and Jared, Jared and Nash fighting,Nash flying over the rail and smashing through the skylight, etc. all came pouring out because of Dorian. My head was spinning with all the excitement and shocks!! Robin Strasser totally rocked her scenes..and after this..i now admit she is the #1 star so far for the show. And it is far from over OLTL fans. Our show is the BEST in daytime and we will be riveted for months to come i gather.

the best part is that with each story comes a new thing that needs a big reveal! we still have to wait for the Rex/Shane parternity reveal, the Roxy/Rex paternity reveal and now for everyone to find out what Dorian did to Charlie and the consequences that will likely ensue from that... It's so riveting... i can't wait... Ron has done a great job at building these stories so that one plays off the next and that the reveal will be very dramatic!
Congrats to Kathy Griffin on her second consecutive emmy win!

Just watched yesturdays episode again before today's show..and i have to say THANK GOD this is the last week we will see of Nash and Forbes March. After Tuesday's show..it is safe to say Forbes' LAME performance shon through right till the end. The way he was acting and talking as Nash was calling down Natalie and waving his hand and fingers in her face..i just rolled my eyes. Robotic, wooden, and fake right till the end alright!! LOL!! I am sooo happy that is over with. Hopefully Bree Williamson can deliver the goods now..because lets face it..she is kind of mediocre too alot of the times.

This is the definition of classic soap writing. OLTL is not perfect but I miss the days when one move sets into motion a series of events. Can we PLEASE see an old-fashioned umbrella story that covers the entire canvas? Mr. Carlivati you are so close!!!!
I'm hoping that Dorian will be the town villian again. Strasser shines as the loving aunt but this wonderful actress hits "fifth gear" when vengeful Dorian is on the loose.
There are SO many beats to play from the revelation of Jared being a fraud and Nash falling to his doom. It's been a long time since I've been excited to watch a soap but OLTL is on fire right now.

I agree Fishbiscuit. OLTL is the best soap on air this year and we still have half a year to go with many surprises.
Wednesday's show was a bit slower from the past 2 days..but that is to be expected.Wednesday was all about the aftermaths of what transpired the past few days. Bree Williamson was heartbreaking as Jess broke down at the end. Justis Bolding showed true emotion in the background and it showed on her face as she watched Bree show her stuff. Even Slezak was shakened up and in awe as she watched Bree perform. Williamson is an ok actress..and sometimes mediocre how she almost always ends up looking into the camera or off to the side. But when she portrays high emotion..she does a terrific job!!

I agree, totally, with you: re: Williamson. Hopefully, she can deliver the goods today, too. Strasser is at the top of her game. I have not seen her this way since the 80s. The only thing I had hoped to see yesterday was the chapel scene with Nora and Lindsay. They said they were going to pray and I was thinking it was going to be a great scene between the two of them, but it was done off-camera. Other than that, the show is delivering...in aces!!!
I just saw yesterday's episode and cannot believe David and Sean make such a great couple. I swear Tuc Watkins has chemistry with everyone on this show. It must be something in the water since on DH, he was nothing special. I say bring on more of the new supercouple, David and Sean!

Yeah, when Nash was in Natalie's face wagging his finger like a school teacher, it was totally LAME. I wanted to throw him through the skylight myself. I'm not sad to see Forbes March go. He was OK at times, but kind of dull overall.
i'm not that big of a forbes fan but i thought he was really good today. When he realised that he was going to die it just broke my heart. That last scene where nash makes a heart in jess's hand had me bawling so bad and the writing was great.
"You're not just in my heart, you are my heart" That line and the way Bree delivered it gave me chills.
Was it Wed.'s episode that had the pop song over the action? It was so annoying and it ruined the dramatic tension of Clint attacking Dorian and then the Nash/Jared fight.
I would like the Dorian stuff a bit more if it were more character based rather than business based. Do viewers really care who is head of the Buchanan company? I would have preferred to see Dorian go after Todd for what he's done to Starr and Blair.
I really like that Dorian is going to be the town villian again as word spreads about what she's done and how it's affected Jessica and others... I like that this will put her in direct opposition to Jessica once again who is now to blame not only for her daughter Megan's death but for Nash's death as well. It will also put her in opposition to Starr who will be upset at her trying to hurt Viki...
Congrats to Kathy Griffin on her second consecutive emmy win!

I'm curious as to how Langston will react. It should be good
If Ron really loved me he would have Starr freaking out the baby not only because of her age but because of the fact that her entire family is insane. Why hasn't this ever been brought up before? I would love a story where Starr is afraid she is losing her mind.

That is a good suggestion... Not only is her father a psycho rapist, but her Aunt Dorian is a lunatic, her Aunt Viki has multiple personalities, her mother is a reformed tramp and former psycho witch and her Aunt Addie has spent most of her life in a mental hospital and her i guess it is grandmother or Aunt Melinda died from a mental illnesss...
Congrats to Kathy Griffin on her second consecutive emmy win!

That music was used only on the recap of what had already happenened live action in the Tuesday's episode. They never used it to break up any of the actual action.

Maybe it's just me but over the past few months i've seen little things in ka's acting that make it seem like Starr is starting to lose it. She's under a lot of stress right now from keeping the baby to satisfy cole(stupid, stupid girl) to her guilt over the irony of the fact that after years of fighting to keep her family together she's the reason they are falling apart. That's got to weigh on a person.
if they didn't want to go as far as her losing her mind they could do a teen depression storyline or have her get anxiety attacks. She could be the first person in her family to get professional help before it goes too far.
There's just so much they can do with Starr that they aren't. She has a rich history and a colorful family and Kristen is a capable actress when given the right material. They need to do something with her quick.

I agree totally...
I think i know what they may do though:
I think they may have Starr give her baby to Marcie and Michael after she gives birth...
Congrats to Kathy Griffin on her second consecutive emmy win!

Did anyone else notice that Viki mentioned Joe Riley when she was talking about Jessica's unborn baby not knowing her/his father? I rewound and listened again. How great to mention Joe and their history. This is why OLTL is so great right now. I just hope the ratings keep going up. This show deserves to be number one.
