I thought Bree did an amazing job in her episode. Emmy worthy IMO. I think her tape beats out all the other ladies. Some of it might be overacted though. I'll have to see what Tamera submitted to say for sure.

The thing is watch this final scene of Bree's reel where she has her breakdown. Addie forgot to attach this part because it did not end with the funeral. It's the perfect reel for her. IMO Bree submitted the best reel. She did not go for the Nash's death scenes because those were too much histronics but she was perfect at Nash's funeral. You have the huge range in the funeral episodes and then the last part of her reel goes into where she is at the cottage remembering Nash. Of the four she blows everyone away in reels. She has an amazing contrast between showy performance, to then going back to the cottage where she is alot more sublte and it is the longest reel. Plus it tells a story all in one episode. You get the entire story of Nash/Jessica from that one episode. I bet Tamara submtited something well. Honestly of the four and everyone watch the four. If you had to rank Melissa Claire's, Julie's, Bree's and then Alicia's how would you rank it?

Melissa had a good reel but it's alot shorter then Bree's. Alicia reel is good but not amazing. Julie's is just okay and nothing really WOWing. Bree's has high range, subtle moments and tells a story for beginning to end. I am so happy she chose the funeral episode versus the episode where Nash died in the hospital which I thought was too histronics/crying.

I watch it again and I still fell that Bree went over the top..Yes she has the "best" tape out of the four, but thats not saying much. the other three ladies submitted boring as tapes. So now we have to see what Tamara Braun submitted..Cause right now its Tamra vs Bree

I think this is an excellent submission for Bree. I wonder will she pair this one with the next day's episode? They do still submit 2, right?

And after that we can Ketchup like tomato. We can make love in Italy in the grotto. Fresh off the jet at the met, they screamin' bravo, bravo, bravo.

It's just one this year and they have already been judged and tabulated already. No more further judging. This is the strongest episode Bree could have submitted last year. It tells a complete story which is critical. If I were a judge if I never watched OLTL I could grasp everything that happened in those two years with Nash/Jessica in that one episode. It starts with alot of range but ends on a subtle note.

Oh, wow, they really have changed the rules. Yes, Bree's episode will be very easy to full grasp, and not question what the hell am I watching. I'd have to say she nailed it. I wished it showed her transformation into another personality, though. We all know that's what's gotten her onscreen mother a boatload of emmys.

Thanks DCurrie!
All excellent choices.
I am so ticked that the "Academy" f*cked up and gave Cooper the award last yr., b/c this is the yr. that she truly deserves it.
