Both of the new ABC SID and SOD are reporting that Constance Towers is returning as Helena in April.

well that's sort of overdue, but hey if the story is good why not. Helena was underused her last year or so on the show... I used to hate how she'd drop in for a few months and then dissappear without any mention ever again.

I'm thrilled by this. I've been wanting to have Towers for a while now. I'd take Towers over Benard and Burton any day. I assume this is connection with the "emily" storyline.

These days I'd take anyone over Maurice Benard and Steve Burton. It is not so much Benard and Burton but the soap itself.

General Hospital has been redefined, for some time, and I've tuned out. I no longer abide General Hospital Does The Sopranos.

It's even more schizophrenic than that. It's two thirds SOPRANOS, and one third combined DEVIL WEARS PRADA and GREY'S ANATOMY. I was enjoying the DWP stuff (Johnny and Maxie), but the SOPRANOS garbage has taken over that portion so the show has been fast forward time most of this week.

crystal you said it best about GH! i agree with you... it has no sense of what it is and nothing on the show works right now.
