From Cady McClain's blog:

I am thrilled to announce that I have been asked to re-join the cast of “As the World Turns” as Rosanna Cabot! I start shooting in two weeks!

LoL, I'm done with Cady McClain and ATWT.

I wonder if this economic recession is the reason we see all these actors coming back. Grant Alexander? Cady McClain?

What luck for rulers that men do not think.

This woman, as talented as she is, could be the biggest glutton for punishment to ever work in Daytime. What is the saying? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me EIGHT MILLION TIMES shame on me.
You're probably right, MTS; McClain's probably just happy to have a job, and I guess I can't blame her for that, but c'mon...how many times is she going to jump back and forth between AMC and ATWT?

She has bounced so much around between ATWT and AMC and always ends up leaving in a huff and being very ****y about it.

I love Cady McClain and loved Cady's Rosanna (round one), but I hate the show that ATWT puts on the air now and her return will not bring me back. I wouldn't be surprised if the story is worse this time.

Also, I understand why she has left both ATWT and AMC in a huff and then spoken out. She cares about the story and the longtime viewers, and I think that is awesome.

Relax folks. I'm certain this is a short stay since ATWT can only write SHORT storylines that leave little resonance.

i can already see it. rosanna wakes up again with amnesia, paul takes advantage of it by using her to his advantage to make meg jealous then when peg reunites, paul keeps it from ro and she has her memory back but when she finds out she runs to her presumed death.

Poor Cady McClain. Not only can't she get a decent story, she can't even be written out without being humiliated. I started watching ATWT for her last run, and man was that disappointing. Not this time, thanks.

I love Cady McClain, but I am not going back for this. ATWT proved they didn't know what to do with her the last time. Good grief, I couldn't take another story watching Paul take advantage of Rosanna. Remember what an awesome character Rosanna was when McClain first joined ATWT? What happened?

I am sure McClain likes to have a job and all. But, sheesh, after her experiences at ATWT and AMC, I am surprised she would go back. To either. Though, I guess ATWT treated her marginally better than AMC.

I absolutely adore Cady McClain. I am thrilled see is returning, and hope that her return is successful...hopefully Rosanna returns to Oakdale as the strong willed woman she was when she stormed onto the scene in 2002 and exact her revenge on both Paul and Craig...

Only if it is the REAL Rosanna - who was dynamic, powerful, funny, and had real edge. And only if Hunt Block comes back so we can see the two of them play off each other again.

Please, please, please, nopaul, nopaul, nopaul! The one story that I wish was short just drags on & on & on & on (Paul/Meg/Dusty/whoever). Please at least let her have a go at the NuCraig. While he's no Hunt Block, I so prefer him to Grayson McGoof & Roger Noworth!
