This award was only given out once (I believe). I think it was a reaction from Uta Hagen's 2 day stint on OLTL the previous year that nab a supporting actress nod.
At the 14th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in 1987, John Wesley Shipp as Martin Ellis won the Outstanding Guest Performer Award in a category that included Celeste Holm, Eileen Heckart, and Terrance Mann. What shows were Holm, Heckart and Mann nominated for? I think Holm was for Loving and not sure of the others. Anyone know?

Mann was for Another World, Holm I believe was for Loving.
I actually found the information - God love Google!
I forgot about the Cameo Appearance in 1980. FYI: the mons were - Eli Mitz (AMC), Kathryn Harrow (Doctors), Sammy Davis Jr (OLTL), Joan Fontaine (Ryan's Hope) and the winner was Hugh McPhillips (Days) who apparently was a director for the show as well.
In 1987, Mann was nominated for ATWT, Heckart for OLTL and Holm for Loving.
