This month..on the 15th marks OLTL's 40th anniversary. So let us share some awesome moments in the show's history that we truely love and cherish. Here are a few of mine to starg things off:
Live Week....i will never ever forget Depaiva's acting. She delivered the performance of her career that week.
Marty's Rape...a harrowing moment that was gritty and scary as hell. Susan Haskell was phenemenal.

Marty's Rape and Nora's summation at the trial were amazing "What do you see---do you see a girl throwing herself at three jocks or do you see these three monsters jamming a sweat band down her throat as they take turns raping her, you tell me what do you see? I Beg of you--- find these men guilty"--- (not a direct quote, but close enough)
Marty's final scenes where she calls Todd a curse

I have been watching for 30 years and have many fond memories; most of them all ready mentioned so will not repeat. But the first baby switching story-line between Karen and Jenny and Katrina when Karen switch her sister's dead baby with Katrina's live one. When Jenny found out and had to return the baby to Katrina, it was a really long heart-wretching scene. And not a dry eye in the house. Also Brad Vernon was Todd back in the late 70s and early 80s. And not bad on the eyes.

Herb Callison, now THAT'S a character that needs to somehow be revived. I'm not sure how he left the show (he may be dead) but from what i do recall he was a pretty pivotal character at one point and had a major impact on Dorian's life. They somehow need to bring him back and revive the Callison family.

Teenage Jessica's pregnancy and Dorian running her down
Vikki's Alters
Antonio and Andy (shower scene!)
I miss the days of old Hollywood, when Cary Grant would slap Katharine Hepburn, stars were mysterious and intriguing and music required class and TALENT.
