AAG - I've tried (I suspect others have as well) - just a bit too obscure across the board for me (usually there is one easier link to get things going; can't find it here).
A - Jose Ferrer B - George Clooney C - Martin Balsam D - Marlon Brando E - Elton John F - John Lennon G - Bing Crosby H - Grace Kelly I - Clark Gable J - Vivien Leigh
Sorry your well-researched and interesting question didn't get any answers AAG...
Let me throw out a new one before we disappear:
If Kathryn Bigelow wins best director, not only would she be the first woman to win this award, this category would then join the best picture category (thinking about the individual producer winners) acting, writing for starters in terms of biographical trivia. (It however would not be unprecented for a female director nominee).
(Side note - following up on this detail, something even more interesting could happen in this category this year that has never happened in acting or best picture, and most likely has not in writing).

Well no one seems interested in this question either.
If Bigelow wins best director, she would be the first winner to have been married to a previous winner (she was married for a couple years to James Cameron).
Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh are both producing and writing winners who are married (although they won for the same film). Edward and Edna Anhalt also won for screenplay as a married couple.
Sophia Coppola and Spike Joyne are the other once-married director nominees, although in different years.
If both Bigelow and Cameron are nominated for best director this year, they obviously would be the first once-married couple ever to compete against each other. It has never happened in picture; until recently impossible to happen in acting; not sure if it has ever happened in any category any time - it might be interesting to research (writing being the most likely; maybe music or some other category where women are more likely to be nominated).
I can find one time when all the acting nominees in a category at one time or another (not necessarily when they were nominated) directed at least one theatrically released feature film.
Save the Tiger (1973) - Jack Lemmon Serpico (1973) - Al Pacino The Last Detail (1973) - Jack Nicholson The Sting (1973) - Robert Redford Ultimo tango a Parigi (1972) - Marlon Brando
Each directed at least one film:
Lemmon = Kotch (1971) Pacino = Chinese Coffee (2000) Nicholson = The Two Jakes (1990) Redford = Ordinary People (1980) Brando = One-Eyed Jacks (1961)
