Well the song's airplay on Pop has just started to take off this week. Radar still hasn't cracked the Top 100 on iTunes yet. To answer your question, I don't see it debuting on the Hot 100 until 2 weeks, the earliest.
Should Britney Spears' "Radar" debut on the Mainstream Top 40 radio airplay chart next week, which looks likely based on the format's building chart, Spears will take sole ownership of most entries on the tally this decade. She's currently tied with Nelly, each with 20 charted titles in that span.

ET is saying they'll be showing an exclusive performance of "Radar" too. Finally this song is getting some promotion. Hopefully it can move up into the Top 100 on iTunes afterwards.
Britney Spears asks Olivia and Mirian Nervo to write songs July 13, 2009 12:00am AUSTRALIAN songwriting twins Olivia and Miriam Nervo have been asked to develop new material for re-energised - but still whacky - pop star Britney Spears.
A song the talented two penned for David Guetta and former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland topped the British charts last month.
Following the success of the catchy track When Love Takes Over, the former models were contacted last week by team Spears and asked to write some new songs for her.
As a fan, I'm obviously super excited about the fact that we could have new Britney music as early as 2010, especially considering the fantastic back to back releases of Blackout and Circus.
But I can't help but wonder if after this tour, the girl just needs to rest and do something a little more low-key like guest star on another tv show (maybe something edgier than How I Met Your Mother this time). The whole reason the girl had her meltdown was the unbelievable pace her life was at throughout this decade and then suddenly stopping to have her kids. She finally has some sort of balance in her life, so after the tour she shouldnt be working on yet another album where she needs to spend so much time away from her kids promoting it.
It would make sense if she's recording now till the rest of the year and early next year for a fall 2010 release as opposed to a spring 2010 release, which is what I hope they have in mind.
