Detours is a great album and it would deserve to win. I hope Sheryl wins, though I wouldn't mind if Duffy won -- I thought Rockferry was pretty good. The Eagles probably got this.
Leona's album kinda sucked. The nomination is her reward here.
I don't even know what to say about that James Taylor album. Didn't hear it, don't want to hear it, don't plan on hearing it.

Yeah, this is a very hard category to predict. The only one I can safely say that Leona Lewis won't win. Her album is the reason she's not in Best New Artist.
I haven't heard James Taylor's album, but this is the Grammys and it's James Taylor so he could easily pull off a win.
Duffy is a contender, but I just don't think her album has the buzz to win here.
The Eagles vs. Sheryl Crow...both were ignored in Album Of The Year...it's a tough call. I'd love to see "Detours" win. It's the Best Album of the Year...and I thought "Long Road Out Of Eden" was VERY weak.
So I'll say Sheryl Crow.
Grammy FYC: Kanye West, 808s & Heartbreak; Black Eyed Peas, The E.N.D.; John Legend, Evolver; Paolo Nutini, Sunny Side Up; David Guetta, One Love; Kelly Clarkson, "Already Gone"; Jordin Sparks, "Battlefield"; Kings Of Leon, "Use Somebody"; Maxwell, "Pretty Wings"
GH, I don't think the Best New Artist snub for Leona was because of her album but mainly for the fact that she won a British Reality Singing competition. If she had won American Idol and experienced all this success she would probably have landed that BNA nomination most likely. She's from a foreign land and guess they think she may be a tad bit fabricated through reality singing television shows. She's not as big in the USA compared to the UK. Things would be much different had she been American.

Duffy has no chance, nobody knows about that James Taylor album, the people who do don't support the nomination either (or so I've read) and Leona...well she never should've come close to this nomination.
Will win: The Eagles - "Long Road Out Of Eden" Should win: The Eagles, Duffy - "Rockferry", Sheryl Crow - "Detours", or Leona Lewis - "Spirit" Spoiler: Sheryl Crow - "Detours"
What a weak category this year. Not one single album made AOTY, it speaks volumes. Oh well. I don't mind if any of them win, though I think Taylor would be the least deserving.
Will Win: The Eagles - "Long Road Out Of Eden" Spoiler: "Rockferry", Duffy
