I'm not surprised Joss has been fighting with her label. The promotion for her last album was a disgrace. I hope EMI releases Joss from her label. I have no doubt another label will snatch her up. She deserves to be a much bigger star in the U.S. I still can't believe "Girl They Won't Believe It" was never released as a single. That could've been a big hit for Joss in the U.S. (at least on the R&B charts).
Joss has yet to have a hit single in the U.S.
What would be a good label for her? I'd honestly like to see her go on a mainstream label like Island Def Jam or J Records.
I'm surprised it's being released period considering there's been ZERO promotion (besides the appearances on "Chelsea Lately" and "Dancing With the Stars").
Maybe she would be better under J Records. I think if she was with the right producers she could make an awesome cd, which I have yet to see her do completely.

The CD comes out Oct. 20. It'll only be at Target.
I agree, Tae. If Joss hooks up with the right producers and songwriters, she could make a great CD. Her previous three albums are good, but they're inconsistent. And her last two albums were too long. She needs to stick to 10-12 track albums. No more. No less.
