I am currently planning to start a poll about the category of Record of the Year where in we will visit all the competition and discuss which we should have voted if we were part of the Grammy voters.

I was inspired by the successful Oscar Best Actress polls in the Polls section. Do you think this is a good idea? This will be located in the Polls section, and I'm hoping that many in here will participate there.

I have a question though:

Where do you think shall we start? With the last year or with the first year?

I hope many participates and those threads will get a response. I'll try to start one by later depending on the amount of responses I will receive here.

I like it, start with last year, it's much easier for people to place their opinion on it.

Start with last year- if you start with the 1950s, it may be harder for people to catch on and get interested.

Great idea though!

I'm planning to start with 2000 so when the time comes that we reached for this year, the nominees are available already.

Are you doing 2000 through 2009, then going back and starting with 1999?

1990 perhaps. I just set up the 2000 poll.

Maybe I'm just gonna do different years. No pattern.
