I know this is a Grammy forum but this deals with music still.

My brother is getting married very soon. Him and his fiancee have been driving me nuts on choosing a song for their first dance. They're very indecisive.

So my question to everyone is, what would be the best song to have the newlyweds have their first dance to? Any suggestions!!!

Thanks in advance for everyones help!

I'd go with "Giving You the Best That I Got" by Anita Baker or "Forever" by Mariah Carey.

And it can't be ridiculously corny.

"Everything I Do (I Do It For You)"; "Your Song" or "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" by Elton John.

"Love Song" by The Cure or 311 version. Not sure what else.

I'm not really looking for a specific genre. Just a love song with meaningful lyrics and a nice melody.

To me, nothing beats "At Last" by Etta James.

And TWhite, "At Last" is another serious candidate.

Just Go with Leona's "The First Time I Ever Saw Your Face", that's the winner.

Red Face

What the hell? If you're going to go with "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" go with the Roberta Flack version. Yes, Leona's version is good, but Roberta's version just has a fiery passion about it.

Leona's version seems more contemporary meets old classic.
