Hey Everyone,

Every year we always do the Grammy Predictions game on the boards. If I remember correctly, the last time we did it, there wasn't much of a good time period for a good amount of people to get their picks in by the deadline. There is 2 weeks left until the Grammys so there is sufficient time for a good chunk of GoldDerby's members to get their pick in on time. The deadline to get your picks in would be by February 8th 4pm Eastern Standard Time

Please submit your picks, copy and paste this nomination list into your reply box and then leave your winner listed. The member that gets the most categories correct wins the competition and will get crowned the Grammy expert of GoldDerby.

Should I include every category? Or exclude certain ones. There's 110 awards to be given out.

You probably should have done it by fields. DoubleD or Guru could have stickied the GF ones. It'll probably be easier for you to calculate the scores. I'm going to post my predictions a little closer to the day of the award show. I'm still thinking about some of them.

Some of these categories I have no clue who these nominees are. I highly doubt most members here do as well.

I wanted to include every category into the game and final score. That's why they're all here.

Ok, thanks for your input.

What does everyone else think?

I'm going to eliminate some categories now. There's just too many and I guess we'll stick with the Popular genres here (General Field, Pop, Rock, R&B, Dance, Rap/Hip-Hop, Country, Producer, and Music Videos). This definitely seems more reasonable.

Put in the most popular ones (Pop, Rock, R&B, Country, Rap, Alternative and Dance)

The ones that you have are fine. Good Job!
