I hope Drake lives up to all the hype, though. A lot of artists get a lot of hype before their albums even drop, and in some cases, their debut efforts are sub par or not up to par with what the general public expected. Hopefully, he can duplicate his critical acclaim from his mixtape with his debut album.
Has anyone noticed since all of the new up and coming rappers (Drake, Wale, Cudi, Charles Hamilton, J. Cole, Asher Roth, etc.) are getting a lot of hype for "saving" Hip Hop, we haven't heard much from the Hip Hop dance gimmicks?

There's a lot of buzz surrounding this guy and much anticipation about which label he decides to sign with.
The fact that he's featured on Mary's new single is a definite plus.
Dude is doing big things right now. And if you haven't already heard it, the mixtape is fantastic.

Didn't you notice the camera just focuses on the girls titts bounce up and down (slow motion as well) when they run up from the locker room to the basketball court? LOL.

LOL... I was telling one of my co-workers that today. I actually had to catch on to the skit where he says, "You girls need to learn how to take that D." If you're a basketball head like myself, you would have probably thought he was talking about defense. It totally wasn't that. LOL Yeah, this video really sucks. I don't get the point of it.

Ummmm...ok. So I just watched the video... 1.) Wow...There are enough titties in that video to feed a small African village. 2.) Drake is a terrible actor 3.) Why is the video so long...really...5.5 minutes...I took a nap, woke up, got up out the bed, turned my swag on, looked in the mirror and said "what's up", and the video was still playin...
I'm starting to believe what others have been saying for a while now...I think that he is being over-hyped...not good...this video is whack...his performance at the BET Awards was EXTRA whack...I don't know...I'm starting to think that he isn't as good as people are saying...
There is no artistic theme to this video, Kanye takes an "L" for directing this. I looooooooooooooooooooove all the bouncing titties on there, but other than that, the video is wack. Not a good lead off video.

Yeah, I'm really starting to think Keri will probably take the win for BNA. She's like the female Ne-Yo, and everybody she's worked with will probably vote for her. I used to think Drake would have the buzz to take it.

Yeah, I kinda agree with you. I like Drake, but I'm not sure if he will live up to the hype he's been receiving. He is definitely talented, but he seems fake and something seems generic about him and his music. He has a nice mixtape, but that doesn't mean his album will be the same or better. For some reason, I don't like the fact he signed with Young Money/Universal. The Lil' Wayne affiliation might be his downfall. I still can't get his DeGrassi days outta my head, either. lol

I'm so disappointed in Drake for that music video to "Best I Ever Had" - not that I mind some titties, but I figured he'd do something more original that just stooping to the same crap that most other commercial rappers do in their videos.
