P!nk and Kelly Clarkson would be my dream collaboration.
Blender Magazine on Kelly Clarkson: " The Texas native has one of the great voices in pop music, a powerful and versatile instrument that’s steeped in the rhythm and blues and country music she grew up with in the South. If Mariah Carey’s five-octave voice is the equivalent of an expensively bred poodle, then Clarkson’s is a bloodhound: friendly, earthy, but fierce just the same."
Baltimore Examiner (concert review): "Her sultry voice is absolutely flawless. The tone and range floors you. When she belts out a note, it's precise yet powerful."
"Music is powerful, it's a drug that makes your inhibitions go away and leaves your vulnerabilities exposed" - KC

I would love to hear my favorites sing together: James Otto, Alison Krauss, LeAnn Rimes, Tanya Tucker, Trace Adkins, Darryl Worley, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, and Hal Ketchum. (smiles)
God bless you and them always!!!
Holly
P.S. Actually three collaborations have happened already: Brad & Alison on "Whiskey Lullaby", Toby & Kenny on "Hey Good Looking", and Hal & LeAnn on "In Front of the Alamo". (smiles)

My boy Classof2006 did this thread before. Threads are repeated in the Grammy forum all the time, so why not repeat this one?
Some interesting collabos would be:
Christina Aguilera & Joss Stone Christina Aguilera & Britney Spears Jennifer Hudson & Whitney Houston Shania Twain & Carrie Underwood Prince & Maxwell Usher & Prince

Christina alredy murders her vocally, we don't need a song to prove that though It would help Christina be a bit more relevant.

I think I would love a duets album from Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. But I don't want it to be the current type of country. I didn't like "Oh Love." Something traditional along the lines of last years Eddy Arnold tribute they did would be awesome. I thought their short tribute was beautiful. I also think Carrie sounds the best when she's singing the classics.
An album of duets will never happen but at least something better than "Oh Love."
I am waiting on the day that Beyonce and Alicia Keys do a duet together. I am also looking forward to the day that Beyonce and Rihanna do collaboration...those two performances would be the best!
I would love to see a traditional country work from Carrie Underwood. ALso Her and Miranda Lambert would be a kickass duo.
kelly clarkson + carrie underwood or david cook britney spears and kylie minogue Kelly clarkson and Christina Aguilera (^_^) Coldplay, Radiohead and U2 (but that will never ever happen in a million years) shakira and Nelly furtado Feist and Fiona Apple Amy Winehouse and Duffy Adele and Duffy Amy Winehouse and Adele Amy Winehouse And Estelle Estelle and Jazmine Sullivan. Michael Jackson and Prince Michael Jackson and Madonna (That's pop royalty right there)
For Your Grammy Consideration: Not Whitney Houston
