I was watching a tape of the BET awards 2007 and it just hit me that the nominations for this years show will be announce next month. So i took some time and made some predictions. Here we go

Ashanti might get nominated but i doubt it. The only award that she can be nominated for is the Video Of The Year award. Female R&B is already Full with, Mariah, Alicia, Rihanna etc.
I really hope monique doesnt host but who can do a better job then her. Maybe they should bring Will and Jada back.

I think it will be MJ. BET loves to honor legends that are relevant in some way that year, ala, Diana Ross, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, and etc.

I think I did these a while ago, but here are my current predix for this years nominations:
Bet Predictions Winners in BOLD Video of the Year: Most to Least likely: 1. Kanye West, (1)"Stronger" or (2)"Good Life" f/T-Pain 2. Alicia Keys, (1)"No One" or (2)"Like You’ll Never See Me Again" 3. Rihanna f/Jay-Z, "Umbrella" (but, I'm doubting it. I think the winner could be Alicia Keys, Kanye, OR Jay-Z over Rihanna. But it might happen. Lets see the nominees first.) 4. Jay-Z, "Roc Boys (And the Winner Is)" 5. Janet Jackson, "Feedback" if a 6 nominee... 6. Erykah Badu, "Honey" or it will be Snoop's video. I think one of them will make it, IF they have 6 nominees. Even UGK & Outkast have a chance because of Pimp C's death.

I initially had Rihanna, but I edited her out. She could easily make the cut (effectively leaving out Janet, I think), but I'm just not too confident that BET will put her there. I could see Chrisette Michele making it in before Rihanna, kind of like Corinne Bailey Rae last year.

The Dream might get nominated for Male R+B Artist and New Artist.
Danity Kane could get into Best Group but I HIGHLY dobut it.
Day26 will most likely get a nomination get into Best Group and maybe Best New Artist.
Lil Wayne will get nominated for Viewer's Choice and possibly Best Hip-Hop Artist.
As much as I want Ashanti nominated for something she probably wont be.BET doesnt like nominating her.Her best shot is at Viewer's Choice.
Amy Winehouse could get nominated for BET Cool Like That but I dont think she will.BET didnt really play her video at all.
J.Holiday will get into Best Male R+B Artist and Best New Artist.
The only artists that have a shot at being nominated are Day26,Lil Wayne,J.Holiday, and The Dream.
