I can understand adding some excitement to it but when people scream it as if they were getting dragged up some stairs, that's just ridiculous. Keep it classy with just a bit of excitement.
With that said, I love Josh Grobans.

A bit. She exagerated at the end, she could off off the run at the end a bit, but the beggining was great as well as the high note.

whitney houston's and marvin gaye's versions are in a completely different league than any other version. there's a reason why those versions are held to such high regards.
i loved when en vogue did it in the early 90s with their harmonies.
