I'm a huge Smitty and Amy Grant fan!!!I'd dare to say that Amy Grant's "Lead Me on" is the best Christian Contemporary song ever written(feel free to disagree) because Amy and Michael managed to talk about slavery and concentration camps in a very artsy way and still the message is one of hope!

I see we have the same taste,Mr.Talented.BTW you guys should check out this new group called "Ashmont Hill".I just heard their cd and it's HOT!Their music is a little more in the "Pop" route but you'll enjoy it!
When i was in the states, i was in a Baptist Family so i listened to a lot of Christian Music... And I even went to a concert where many groups where performing... and there i got in love with grammy winner Rebecca St James. I bought her CD there.. "GOD". My favourite track was "A cold heart turns".
There was also another group with a song that i also loved. Rock group... they said more and less
"When the toast has burnt it and the milk has turned it .. and Captain (???) farwell May this song reminds you that they dont serve Breakfast in hell"
Something like that... i think that group was for The Orange County...
The guys on that family loves DC Talk or something like that

Oh, I love Rebecca St. James! She has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard!
I've never been a real big DC Talk fan. One of my friends is a really big fan of theirs, but I prefer listening to TobyMac as a solo artist than I do as a member of DC Talk. I do like some of their songs and they're a unique group, but I've just never gotten into them like that. Maybe I'll give them another shot.

That song was "Breakfast" by The Newsboys. They are Australian, I believe. The group you were thinking of is The OC Supertones.
Newsboys are a good group. They combine gospel with some good natured silliness at times. Such as the song "Love, Liberty, Disco".
