I am here at the Beverly Hilton for Golden Globe weekend for my 8th time. I was around the arrivals for celebrity rehearsals today and will be on the front row of the bleacher seats Sunday afternoon, followed by (hopefully) a really good spot inside the lobby for all of the party activity Sunday night.
As I have been able to do for the past 3 or 4 years, I have uncovered the basic show rundown as of Friday night. Of course, things might have changed in the past 24 hours and there are a handful of categories that don't have presenters even listed. If you have any questions, please let me know.

As you can tell, there are 3 big categories with no presenters attached (at least as of yesterday). If the producers are just going to pull from those scheduled to attend for last-minute replacements, my guess would be that the Film Supporting Actress and Film Drama Actress would have to both be men with Globe and/or Oscar wins in film categories.
Possibilities would be:
Alec Baldwin (either) Tom Cruise (either) Leonardo DiCaprio (supporting but not lead) Clint Eastwood (supporting but not lead) Ralph Fiennes (lead but not supporting) Paul Giamatti (either) Tom Hanks (either) Philip Seymour Hoffman (supporting but not lead) Brad Pitt (supporting but not lead) Tim Robbins (either) Bruce Willis (either)
As for the final category of the evening, they might have a big surprise in store, OR it could be somebody listed above not involved in any of those films, OR I could even see them pulling Spielberg back out for that presentation. The only other possibilities of people planning to attend anyway would be Shirley MacLaine or Meryl Streep.
I just hope Meryl wins Drama Actress. That's the only one I'm really pulling for. Drama Picture seems pointless to worry about, since the past 4 years have been different from the Oscars.

Cruise will present Picture Drama, imo.
They are just doing it for the buzz it will get. J Lo is a fame you-know-what. The baby novelty for her has worn off so she's got to get her name back in the press.
Same with Eva Longoria. It's clear now that she'll show up to the opening of a convenience store just to get her picture in the magazines and on the entertainment shows. Ace girl was at the Critics Choice Awards the other night posing in her ensemble. And no one gives a crap about "Desperate Housewives" anymore and she's showing up for tonight's ceremony to present.
Hayden Pannettiere fame you-know-what in training.
I never thought I would say this either, but isn't Rumer Willis "too much" for MIss Golden Globe? Isn't this for that daughter nobody knows anything about?

Go Colin Farrel!!!!
You and me both! He truly deserves to win too. I loved In Bruges. And lets face it, his career needs it a hell of a lot more than Hoffman or Bardem!
I'm hoping for Colin, Kate for The Reader, Meryl for Doubt, and Mickey for The Wrestler. Those are my 4 main wishes. Heath's already a lock so I dont need to worry about him.

Besides being Bruce's and Demi's offspring, I don't know jack squat about her.

I hope Kevin Connolly can pull off a surprise win too, but I won't be too mad if he doesn't.
Me too! If she doesn't win I will throw TV through the window. She's the best in her category, I hope that stupid HFPA sees that. Oh, and Connolly's winning would be nice surprise. I'm sure he would be all over the moon.

I too am on the Colin bandwagon. I think he actually has the best shot at winning as well. Javier just won last year, James Franco's role is too silly, Gleeson didn't stand out as much as his co-star (although still great), and Dustin has had plenty of Globe love already.
I know Supporting Actress is probably going to go to Kate Winslet, but I really want to see Penelope Cruz take it.
Also, I want Weeds to upset 30 Rock for the win in Best Comedy Series!
For Your Grammy Consideration: Kanye West for "Heartless" and 808's & Heartbreak Adele for "Hometown Glory" Taylor Swift for "You Belong With Me" & Fearless Maxwell for "Pretty Wings" & BLACKsummer'snight Kings of Leon for "Use Somebody" The Cast of GLEE for "Don't Stop Believin' " Mariah Carey for "Obsessed"
