Elizabeth Banks, Terrence Howard and Rainn Wilson will join Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Jorge Camara to announce the Nominations for “The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards” on Thursday morning, December 11, 2008 at The Beverly Hilton. Nominations will be announced in 25 categories.
Does anyone know what networks/programs will be televising the nominations? I've tried and failed in the past to watch these nominations live but would like to catch them this year.

I think E! usually shows the nominations. They do for everything else. But since I've never see them announced live either, I really don't know.

When he was nominated some years ago, the joke was that if you were opening a car-wash during that period, he'd show up.
This qualifies as the same.
Rainn Wilson plays Dwight Schrute on "The Office" and this year Elizabeth Banks played Laura Bush in "W," Beth in "role Models," and one half of the titular pair of "Zach & Miri Make a Porno."
Frankly I think the fact that they couldn't get anyone better than this is pretty laughable.

I'm not sure if the Today Show does in fact show the Golden Globe nominations. I know that they show the Emmy and Oscar nods and then talk to Dave Karger, but I remember having to watch E! one year and it was truly awful. They had a supposed expert talking for two minutes and she made about six mistakes, talking about "Modern Men" instead of "Mad Men" and how Eric McCormack once had to announce the Globe nominations and then didn't get nominated (that's the Emmys). We'd be much better off with someone from these forums who knew what they were talking about.
I guess I'll be tuning into E! anyway. Thanks for the help everyone.
