I would love to know how anyone at the HFPA would know Hathaway won on Thursday early afternoon when the final ballots were due back to Ernst and Young on Wednesday evening and onced tabulated, and I doubt it was tabulated by Thursday afternoon, the winners go in sealed envelopes and the accountants are sworn to secrecy.

Nice job by the entertaiment journalists to try to get some answers out of the HFPA. So much for watchdog journalism huh? You'd think they atleast get a comment about this.

I don't think they have, but the media is all over it. I would hate to be Hathaway if she loses.

This publicity is great for the GG though. The suspence to know if it's true or not. HFPA not commenting keeps us guessing.

The official comment about this is right there on the hfpa.org website. Ballots haven't even been counted yet. Some tech guy was probably testing out how he/she would enter the winners Sunday night and accidentally uploaded a test.

There is no reason to beat this in the ground.
