I like your choice of Colin Farrell. That seems exactly like something they'd do.

This Tina Fey love fest is a bloody joke at this point. I am rooting for anyone else in that category.

The TV picks are the oddity, are most of these critics focused on movies? I can't see In Treatment NOT winning at least one of the awards it was nominated for...I mean it did get the most nomination, no?

I agree that is why I think In Treatment is going to win Best Drama Series. I know that Mad Men is the clear favorite, but it won last year and the Globes like to share the wealth.

For Your Grammy Consideration:
Kristin Chenoweth - in all eligible categories

I defintiely think In Treatment and True Blood are possible "upsets" for Best Drama over Mad Men. And Gabriel Byrne feels like more of a lock than people are saying Best Actor...I never got into the show but I don't think getting all those nominations is something to be overlooked.

Best Actress defintiely seems to be down to Anna and January at this point.

Fey if she wins might as well start thanking Sarah Palin because while I like Fey on 30 Rock, she's certainly won enough for it as of now.

Really no one is predicting Eileen? From what I have gathered since 07 Brits have won the category (Emily Blunt & Sam Morton), I think Laura will break that, but I am sticking w/Eileen and my lineup b/c it's pretty solid.

I know I found that kind of crazy. She has won a BAFTA and an Emmy for this performance, I think come tomorrow she will have a Globe to go with these. I hope she is going to be there but I doubt she will be. Wouldn't it be funny for her and Colin Farrel to run into each other again.

The reason I didnt predict Eileen is because the Globes really have a hard on for HBO. And Laura Dern was a former Miss Golden Globe.

I do hope Eileen wins though. She is far more deserving. I just hope she and Dench show up. Are the awards shows not good enough for the Dames to show up at?

Take it for what it's worth, a friend of mine who is high up in The Mad Men community told me a few weeks ago that they were hearing the HFPA liked True Blood best.

The show deserves to win more than Anna Paquin on her own.

True Blood does fit that hot new show quota that these ppl love to honor. My thing is that I love this show, but I think ppl are underestimating In Treatment which will win IMO.

I'm sure Benjamin Button won't go empty-handed. So I think their win will come in Screenplay or Director. Other than that, SLumdog will own the night. As for Comedy, I think Happy-Go-Lucky will be the winner not Mamma Mia! or Vicky, Christina. I think Penelope Cruz OR Kate WInslet will take Supp. Actress. Heath will be the Best Supp. Actor. Sean Penn and Anne Hathaway will be the winners for drama actors. Score will go to A.R. Rahman. Song is the Boss's. I think that's about it. In terms of T.V., Mad Men and 30 Rock will own.

Tina Fey has made her fame and fortune on SNL at someone else's expense. That is fine. That is why we tune in. I thought the Globes was not an improper arena to slam someone. Let her post like everyone else. I am tired of celebrites using award shows to air their opinions, political views, etc. I tune in for entertainment and nothing more. If she lurks around posts, then she should expect not everything will be positive. It is a personal opinion and nothing more. SUCK UP TINA!!!!!

This turned out to be true, but about HBO in general. I think Mad Men only got the Best Drama because it would've been too obvious to give the win to yet another HBO actor or show. And every pundit agreed it was pretty much the #1 show of the year...

Jon and January were unfairly shut out though, I mean Gabriel Byrne didn't even show.

I'll ask if the expectation was a general HBO bias (most likely) combined with their often trying to be first to pick the new kid on the block.

True Blood is actually a guilty pleasure for me - it is about the gayest drama on TV - but I'm glad Mad Men won.
