Salma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez and Amy Poehler to present at Golden Globes

New mothers Salma Hayek, Amy Poehler and Jennifer Lopez and newly slimmed down Seth Rogen join previously announced Simon Baker, Drew Barrymore and Sacha Baron Cohen as presenters at "The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards," to be telecast by NBC on Jan. 11 from the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Steven Spielberg is the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn.'s recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille Award for his "outstanding contribution to the entertainment field."

Is it really necessary to give Steven Spielberg yet another award?

i know it's too early but I'm not impressed with the presenters list so far.

I hope The Office wins as Best Comedy Series for this year's Emmy Awards.

They need to start adding some more buzzworthy celebs if they hope to get any ratings. Poehler and Rogen are a good start, but they should really be booking the likes of Anne Hathaway, Tina Fey, Robert Pattinson, Zac Efron, or Christina Applegate (it'd be really amazing if they could book Jennifer Hudson). These are the celebs that sell magazines; they're gonna be the celebs that get ratings.

Give them a chance before complaining. They have only announced 12 presenters out of a probable 50+ names.

What the hell are you talking about?

Why the hell would they need to add Hathaway, Fey, and Applegate as presenters to get ratings?!?!? They are going to be there already as nominees.

I do agree that the 2 young hearthrobs like Pattinson and Efron would bring an audience.

FYC- Emmys-30 Rock -Damages, Glenn Close, Kyra Sedgwick, Christina Applegate, Alec Baldwin, Catherine Keener, Eileen Atkins, Zeliko Ivanek

I'm not really complaining, I'm just adding some advisement. I personally love everyone who's been announced so far. They're some of my favorite celebrities of the past decade. I'm just hoping something happens that will make the rest of America's TV viewers care about and want to watch the Globes as much as we do.

It will be interesting to see if Julie Christie and Marion Coltiard are back to present the Film Best Actor Awards since they both won Best Actress for Films last year.

Daniel Day Lewis is good about presenting when he has won the previous year and Johnny Depp will most likely present as well.

And finally Cate Blanchett who won Best Supporting Actress.... She is good about presenting as well and her film is nominated for 5 globes though she is not one of those this year...

I don't get why so many people are trying to make Rumer Willis happen...

I guess we can expect appearances by Demi and Bruce

I love Cameron Diaz so I'm somehow happy that she's gonna make an appearance again.

Though that's the only role she's been doing for the last few years. LOL.

I hope The Office wins as Best Comedy Series for this year's Emmy Awards.

Apparently Katie Holmes is not attending with Tom Cruise. She has to be in NY for her play. I hope she makes it to the oscars as a presenter though. For whatever the reason, she´s a huge star now.

I guess this means Dianne Wiest will not be attending the Globes either.

All My Sons closes on the 11th. Holmes and Wiest could appear in the final show in the afternoon and still make it to LA by the start of the awards.

Three more stars have been added to the star-studded list of presenters for next month's 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards!

Gossip Girl hottie Blake Lively, The Dark Knight's Aaron Eckhart and newly minted CSI lead Laurence Fishburne will all hand out awards at the ceremony in January.

The new presenters join an array of big- and small-screen stars like Drew Barrymore, Jake Gyllenhaal, The Mentalist's Simon Baker, Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez, who had already been announced. Funnymen Sacha Baron Cohen, Ricky Gervais and Seth Rogen will also be on hand, as will new mom Amy Poehler.

Eckhart's Dark Knight costar Heath Ledger received a posthumous nomination in the supporting actor category.

The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast Jan. 11 from the Beverly Hilton at 8 p.m. on NBC.
