Mark another one down for Tomei. Happy for her!! I dont think Heath deserves all these wins. I am beginning to think some of these wins are based on sympathy votes.

I beg to differ. The Joker is the performance of the year.

Ledger has redefined the role of 'villain'. He's set the bar very very high. He deserves these wins. He deserves the Oscar. Jmho.

Tomei has proven her oscar wasnt a fluke

He was great in the movie. I agree with that. But this Supporting Actor SWEEP is getting pathetic. I have a feeling he will be losing out on the 4 MAJOR award ceremonies.

He was great in the movie. I agree with that. But this Supporting Actor SWEEP is getting pathetic. I have a feeling he will be losing out on the 4 MAJOR award ceremonies.

I hope that isn't the case. Ledger deserves to win every award possible. His role as the Joker is stuff legends are made of. People will remember his Joker for generations to come IMHO. So I say Hurray for the sweep.
