I do not want to disappoint our Japanese public, especially Godzilla. Hahaha! I'm just kidding, I know he doesn't care what humans do.

This is definitely my favorite batch of nominations of any group. Wall-E and Stanton for Best Picture and Best Director respectively. Aronofsky getting Best Director love as well. Hawkins and Marsan getting their well deserve acting nominations. Double nominee Kate Winslet. Let the Right One In for Adapted Screenplay! And No Brangelina.

I've always liked the Online Film Critics! These are a very good set of nominees, maybe even the best so far, but I actually thought they would go more for some people like Rosemarie DeWitt and Cate Blanchett to put their names out there - though they did do that with Michelle Williams and Benicio Del Toro.

Interesting.
Love the cinematography win for TDK. Strange, but at least no Slumdog sweep.
