I know TNT is airing the nominations live. It doesn't show on their TV Guide listings, but it is on the cable schedule in my office. It will be 9am (ET) announced by Eric McCormack and Angela Bassett.
Not sure about E! -- they seem to make some wacky decisions on these sorts of events now.
I really hope that Richard Jenkins can get a nomination here. He really needs it after the Globe snub, and I really hope that the SAG Awards will recognize him for his wonderful work in The Visitor! He really is truly deserving!
Fingers crossed!

Last week, during the Globe noms announcement, the twink E! uses for this stuff remarked that he and Ben Lyons would be back for the SAG noms. So I guess they're airing it this year.

G'Day, here's how I think today's nods could shake up the race for each of the BP candidates:
Slumdog Millionaire Surprisingly, not much for this frontrunner to pick up, just ensemble and Patel. I don’t think it getting shut out would hurt much but of course an ensemble nod will help build momentum.
Milk After the globes nods a shut out and sharks would start to circle this film. An ensemble nod would do well to put those getting caught up in the globes to silence. Getting some supporting noms will also help to boot wouldn’t hurt.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button This film getting shut out would hurt it’s status a bit. An ensemble nod or the two leads getting in would help keep it steady and an ensemble nod and 2 or 3 acting nods helps in build momentum.
Frost/Nixon As long as Langella gets in the film will still looks steady, but he looks like the next safest thing to Penn (in that category). Any other nods would help the film gain momentum. Ensemble is probably the only category where the film has a shot.
The Dark Knight Ledger is safe and the only other category that seems viable is ensemble. An ensemble nod will really help get make it seem like a credible frountrunner, if it doesn’t make it I don’t see it getting hurt much.
Wall-E Won’t get any nods. It has to hope that not too many of the other films that are on the cusp of being a strong candidate (Doubt, RR, GT…) don’t get too much momentum.
Revoultionary Road Getting shut out would hurt this film. An ensemble or a nods for both leads would help build momentum and 3+ nods could break it into the top 5 most likley.
Doubt A shut out here would put 1 nail in the coffin, but that is unlikely. Either an ensemble nod or 4 acting nods are really going to boost this film’s chance and an ensemble nod and 3 acting nods would build momentum as well.
Gran Torino Clint gets snubbed and the film’s chances will be hurt. But this film’s chances don’t live and die today.

No Revolutionary Road for Ensemble. Its Best Picture chances are slipping. And I'm surprised they never go for some off beat choices for Ensemble like recent years. I thought Rachel Getting Married might had a chance here.
